We just got pushed back to the creek again and Ubanea was at 95%.. Damn! Tibit is a long long way now.
I just logged in a few minutes ago and saw we lost the planet... WE WERE SO CLOSE 😭
There was so much happening at the creek. You either dropped down and got a instant hulk or tank. Or enough bots jumping on ya to make you wonder if you should have just brought alot more ammo.
Or all of that and mortars all at once the whole mission.
It's fun but makes liberation of the planet take so long as each op turns into trench warfare.
people need to get off malevelon creek you will not unlock ubanea by capturing it, we need to capture draupnir to go to ubanea

They really need to make supply lines visible within the in game's galactic map because there was sooooooo much miscommunication between the community that cost us Ubanea which only needed another 5% for us to liberate it and use it as a foothold to push into Tibit, even if Draupnir fell. And now we're again in complete disarray with half of the fighting force on the automaton front going to the Creek which is of no strategic significance at the moment instead of fully focusing on Draupnir's liberation to reopen Ubanea and push onto Tibit to try to salvage this major order. Lol its all fictional and makes no difference some one controls all of this but this is why the gane is so good because people are so invested and the devs make the game work this way. Love it
Well, with the Creek being the new major order, the devs are now officially sick of hearing about it. Capturing the Creek can help focus the region and allow bot divers to focus on more important objectives now.

Taking Troost was the operation I entered the war on. Joined up to avenge my brothers on Malevelon Creek. Bots never saw me coming.
Unfortunately the bots on Draupnir absolutely saw me coming and absolutely wrecked me. What can I say? I'm still only a cadet

Theres plenty of E-710 for now. Leave the bugs alone to repopulate so there will be plenty when we need more. All Helldivers should be focused on the Automaton threat.
i think theres plenty of helldivers on the ubanea, last time i checked it was close to 200k, we dont need more people there we just need enough on the terminid side to keep them fended off
@@guacamolejones6168as of right now, we are far to spread out, we're set to lose the MO unless we can drastically refocus on Draupnir>Ubanea>Tibit. The efforts on the bugs and the creek is stalling the progress where it matters for the order. Only 28% are actively contributing right now, and we need more like 50% to have a good shot at this.
Edit: Estanu just got attacked, we're about to get spread even thinner😅

Update from the front. We just lost Draupnir. I dont know how, the enemy could barely manage to get a foothold but we suddenly lost the world and thus our supply line to Ubanea, which was almost completely liberated when we had to withdraw.

Malevelon creek is tough but part of me feels like draupnir is the real endless battlefield of suffering.
It seems they pulled all their defenders and did a blitz counterattack gambit in a desperate attempt to stall our offence. This won't win them a victory, it'll only stall us. They seem desperate after their crushing defeats on Vandalon and Troost. Both we and they know they are on their last legs, and they seem to be trying to buy time, likely for whoever they were contacting outside of the galaxy to come help them.
Haven’t played games in 10 years, and now I want to figure out how to play PC for the first time because of this game. I was gifted a low end gaming PC (being used as a plain house PC) and never took the time to setup steam. This seems like a blast to play !
It really is! I love the game and its community, give it a shot when you get the chance!
if i remember it is a pretty high end game, think its like 60GB or something like that.
Be careful about those specs. PC specs get outdated pretty quickly, so don't force full settings from the get go. Also, I've heard controller is better than kbm for some people, so you may want to get a compatible one.
Good luck with your build, but you may need a mid-high level graphics card and CPU to run this game at a good framerate without crashes. My entire computer was shutting down from this game before I upgraded.

I wish I could play this more. But I work overnight and sleep all day so I only ever have time on the weekends. Never work a graveyard shift. It's brutal

The community really needs to learn how supply lines work. We've been screwed twice in recent memory by ignoring those vital details.

There are thousands of us who would join the fight if central command would widen their enlistment criteria to include those of us who use Xbox. While we understand that essential workers are needed in the civilian market, and while we would be green cadets, many of us would nonetheless happily choose to lay down our lives for freedom! As diver ranks grow thin, surely fresh recruits will be needed.

I managed to liberate a small sector in Troost during the mission, it was a heavy challenge, but no match for the wings of democracy, heading for Malevelon Creek while typing this!
Draupnir needs you helldiver! The major order is in jeopardy if we don't get a supply line to Ubanea quickly!

IT countermeasures seems to be going through a massive upheaval. More and more of us are becoming bot sympathizers. Myself and another unit are holding strong, reporting information gleamed from captured and disassembled bots to the Supreme Commander. I even floated the idea of retrofitting the Space Forces, in case of an attack from outside our sphere. High Command seems to like the idea, but with the war still in full swing, the concept of a mass retrofit of the Fleet is on the back burner.
These videos are not just entertaining, but also informative. PLZ keep doing these weekly updates!
Haven't join the ranks yet, my family is struggling with this war and really wish to make the difference everywhere we can, but the loss of Okami is a hard blow. Me and my squad were spilling oil in Ubanea when supply lines were cut off, we were confused until we got word automatons launched on assault into the Xzar sector which gave us all the answers we needed, at which case we jumped to Draupnir and started evacuating priority citizens.

Today I witnessed with my own eyes a Helldiver shooting down 7 Dropships on Dropmeir in the span of 2 minutes. An incredible feat!

Ubanea, I was there when the order to fall back came. Just finished one of two missions and about to launch it when my friend wanted to quickly see the progress. Couldn't go back into that mission and realized what had happened.

It would be funny if after all the progress on the Automaton front they push us back to Super Earth and because of us ignoring the Terminids they also push us back to Super Earth. Then on Super Earth the bugs and Automatons go to war which lets us push them back. Then the Illuminids come out of space and it becomes a four way war with it not just being Super Earth VS Terminids and Autmatons but instead Super Earth VS Terminids VS Automatons VS Illuminids. The three enemy factions will not just attack Super Earth planets but also each other. A fifth faction could also be introduced since the Illuminids are in the North, Terminids in the East, and Automatons west so south is empty for a new faction to make a five way intergalactic war. Then maybe the five factions could unite for a short event where a force from outside the galaxy attacks. The event will only last a week or so then the five factions go back to war. Like this comment if this would be awesome.
