@@GaryTabarJr You clearly don't own an S22U. Battery: I have my screen on UHD 120hz, and the battery blocker on so it only ever charge to 85% and it will still last from 8AM to 2AM with 15% leftover. CPU/GPU: bruh, this thing already runs better than most laptops and plays games at max settings smooth as butter. CAMERA: the only upgrade you can reasonably argue is a real DSLR or mirrorless camera and you need at least a decent one to even compete with it. Software: they've already promised at least 4 years of software updates for it meaning it will probably last 6 if taken care of properly. Upgrading from an S22U to the S23U is completely pointless.

The side by side picture/video comparisons sourced from Samsung are definitely huge dramatizations. I have the S22+ not even the ultra and it makes those ultra pics look garbage too in comparison...
S24 should have MASSIVE GPU performance gains like 50 percent better than the S23 so it is worth the wait but it is still almost a year away and I am still using a base model S20. Love my micro SD card slot 12GB ram though and 1440 x 3200 screen (more PPi than all S23 models). Honestly thinking of buying a used S20 Ultra (or fold) as a little upgrade to hold me over until the S24 then trading it in.

NO
to S23.
Camera camera camera ! Who cares about the stupid camera? And no SD card ? No thank you
Thank you! And honestly seeing people upgrading from an S22 Ultra are a lot more stupid
I just, not 2 weeks ago, opened a new account with Verizon and got the S22 Ultra. An amazing phone, but wondering if I should take it back for the S23 Ultra
No u don't
Verizon didn't disclose to you that the 23U was dropping?
Would really appreciate if you shared the European pricing too.
My exynos S21 has become much smoother after android 13 update, but the battery life is still terrible. Was eagerly waiting for S23 release, but here in EU the pricing is too high this time. Perhaps I'll wait for a big discount and then jump on it.
Pre-ordering has the highest discount. Now or never
@@spcs999 Samsung phones drop in price quite fast.. so, waiting is an option.
Yes, but you will get the 512gb version price at the cost of 256gb version if you pre order, plus additional 150 euro off if you exchange your old device (plus old device cost). So it’s a good bargain now
Used the phone for two hours tops, and says its not a worthy upgrade. Odd you would make such a statement without even one in house.
Ya ya ya no change at the top not worth talking about.
A very bad video. Talks about the camera the whole time
minor improvements. Not worth it at all. They can say whatever they want about "x percent increase" but it means nothing when the S22U is already so powerful.
30% plus performance boost on cpu, gpu and ram, better cameras, longer battery life and better cooling.
10000% Agreed. I'm more than proud to have a S22 Ultra. People coming from an S20 (or below) have more legitimate reasons to upgrade, people upgrading from an S22 Ultra are very DUMB
@@patrickgamboa7270 yeah reading the comments on this video I'm blown away that people are seriously talking about it. I bought mine because I'm a power user and this thing just has never once let me down or made me want more of anything.
I am using Iphone 13 Pro as of now and my contract expires just before the 15 series releases. But I am skipping out on that and waiting for the S24 Ultra
This is the last phone of the Galaxy Series as Samsung is trying to push their folding Z phones out more.
@@jasonbasa808 mhm
Hope they make a 1TB version like the S22 Ultra did🤞🤞🤞
On Samsung's website you are able to order the S23 Ultra with 1 TB memory storage :)
It's so rectangle.
Why lie. There is 0 chance that a 12 MP camera looks even remotely close to a 40mp . that is a hugh downgrade
I currently have a galaxy s9 that is giving me second degree burns from overheating so its a yes
This was just Samsung event recapped
Yeah I think I will be upgrading. I have an S22 Ultra but I like the camera upgrades.
RT on a phone really we barely getting it on powerful game systems
Is Samsung aware of Shutter Delay/Lag in the S23 Ultra?
How is the battery sir, is it better than s22 ultra?
s22 ultra 512 gb- 650 box vs
s23 ultra 256 GB- 900 box
which one to take?
I have to say I had the s22 ultra in the past and was annoyed by the bad batterylife and its laggings( exynos) and lack of efficiency( didn't feel like a high end phone)...
This PDQ crispy chicken deluxe is amazing 😦
Great taste in restaurants 👍
I just ordered S22U there's no Huge difference and i can even told anyone front of me i hold in my hand S23U lol ^_^
The side by side picture/video comparisons sourced from Samsung are definitely huge dramatizations. I have the S22+ not even the ultra and it makes those ultra pics look garbage too in comparison...
he doesnt have the phone so not authentic review,
They added an extra microphone underneath compared to the S22 Ultra.
I love how if it’s an iPhone and there is 2 upgrades then it’s “worth it” but if it’s a Samsung then it’s “not worth the upgrade “ SMH
And still the shutter lag remains.
I just want to see Apple go outside of box with there phones
It's totally wast of money to buy s23 ultra. It lacks the best future satellite emergency massaging. Disappointed
What type of emergencies are you getting into my guy?
Such a good review ❤ iv had my 22ult for 8months now so the way i see it im.not far off a 24ult release 😂
S22 Ultra vs basic S23 model comparison plz. I cannot find it anywhere on the internet
Technically I'd say cream is a shade of white
I upgraded day one, screw exynos!! Samsung should be sued or reimburse exynos buyers
S23 ultra looks like the successor of s22 ultra....but iphone 14 pm still unbeatable in videography.
No s23 ultra better then iphone
I have an s20 ultra exynos..should i upgrade?
Thanks, quite nice proof that quantity of pixels in modern phones means... nothing.
The question is, should I upgrade from iPhone 11? 😕
The question is, why are u not considering the iPhone 14 series this time 😆 I mean I have seen a lot of apple users complaining about random stuff after switching to android for the first time. Unless you have been very familiar with Android and its not your first time.
I've got an S9, I think this phone will do just fine as an upgrade for me. 😆
I had an s9 and upgraded to the s22 plus 2 months ago its going to be huge difference since the s23 is faster
Lol s9 is way outdated now so you won't be disappointed with upgrade
I had an s9 before I loved that phone
Take of ur pants, cuz their on fire u Lier Lier. A samsung phone does not last that long. S9 in 2023, Nope
@@chriss881000 lol it still works. Battery doesn't last long, but it still works great. I ain't lyin.
