    Please start making more videos 🙏🙏 your vibe is so decent, that my fiancé is finally going to start stretching this morning with one of your videos. He's 6.4 and all the tall men in his family have had back and knee problems as they age. I want him to look after himself now before it's too late 😂😂

    Last time I got enthusiastic about getting my heels closer to the floor (downward dog) I ended up with Achilles tendonitis for a looong time. Any suggestions on how to avoid that?

      Maintain your enthusiam but spread it over a longer period of time 😂 a) you can skip the heel pulse altogether, b) you can do it but just be super gentle & only dip your toe into the stretch. Doing it won't cause damage, overdoing it will - ya feel me? 💃
