- The Best SALTED CARAMEL FUDGE Recipe Easy No Bake / How To Make Fudge
I tasted this delicious salty, caramel fudge, while holidaying with our family - friends,
Shay had made it for us all to enjoy and enjoy we did. It was the best fudge I had ever tasted!
I asked both Shay and Grace to come back to Moat Cottage and Shay showed us all how to make it, which I really appreciated.
Salted Caramel Fudge Recipe
Grease a 20cm square baking tin and line with baking paper
(weigh Ingredients)
In a Saucepan add
395g Sweetend Condensed Milk
120g Butter
250g light brown Sugar (We used Dark which was good but use light if you can)
Mix until melted, dissolved and softly bubbling on medium high heat
Then Add
270g White Chocolate
1/4 Teaspoon Sea Salt
Continuously stir until melted and smooth
Pour into baking tray, sprinkle more salt on top
and refrigerate until set right through, it takes a few hours, be patient.
Thanks Ladies and
Happy homesteading friends

Welcome to Moat Cottage Homesteading, I'm Elissa and here at Moat Cottage, we raise and grow and process some of our own free range meat, organic vegetables and fruit. We grow all of our herbs for both eating and medicinal purposes as well as hunt, fish and forage.
Our goal each season is to preserve our produce for the year ahead by canning, dehydrating, fermenting and freezing and we work on being prepared for emergency situations.
Avoiding single use plastic, chemicals and artificial fragrances is important to us and we are trying to live an older style life, balanced with this modern world.

This Fudge is easy to make and would be perfect to wrap up and gift or like us, just eat it. Delicious!😋
Wonderful to see our younger generation having fun and learning to cook. My 3 sons were always included in the kitchen and garden. We made it fun. They're great cooks, and one has a pastry business. Now, our 3 grandchildren love cooking and gardening. So healthy and rewarding. Thank you, lovely ladies, for sharing. Looks delicious!
Fantastic Cat, I agree it’s a wonderful life skill for all generations, as is gardening. I can not take credit for these lovely Ladies though, but it certainly was fun having them create in my kitchen.
Love the music at the end!
G'day Elissa, very tasty love fudge. God bless you. 🦘👍

So Yum 😋
oh yum!!! Now I'm going to have to try this! Thank you ladies :)))
My favourite fudge flavour, definitely trying this!
That looks delicious. Well done girls 🥰 such a yummy treat or as you say, perfect gift for someone . Thank you for sharing lovelies ❤
I will make this for the school lunches 💯
Yum 😋
Looks delicious, but fudge is a little too rich for me. I tend to only eat a very small amount of it slowly.
