I did this DIY to my eves a few years ago before you could buy kits for this. For the price you paid this is awesome! I have loved having lights on my eves year around. It’s been great not having to go out there in the cold and put up lights for Christmas.
I have 200 feet needed, so the pros are $700, and someone can install for $1000. But I’m worried about the sloppy wiring being exposed. The trimlight dealer quoted $4500! So double but has tracks and looks so much better in day time and also different look at night not having that triangle pattern. Are you happy with the pros ? Also worried in a few years you have to go back up and put new 3m, unless you buy the led mounts that you can screw them to sofit. I don’t think Govees are truly permenant
