@@LocalWatchGuy absolutely fell in love with it with the affordable price. I just love the simple design too, I'd prefer lines instead of roman numerals tho
Thank you for this video. I very rarely wear a suit and needed something dressy for weddings/christenings and the occasional need for work. I have made the mistake previously of spending a large amount on a dress watch, which just stays unworn. Purchased the black one off Amazon for £28. Perfect size, formal style and price i really need to pay.
@@LocalWatchGuy i want to suggest a watch for you it is casio AQs 810 It is all the package of G shock and half the price, multiple colors and the movement is quit impressive with power saving feature when you dont use for a long time, i think it is the king in under 20 KD I hope to see your review for it
I like your watches. Your editing is great too. The only thing I would suggest is to use your normal voice for narration. How you make it in this video sounds like a version of news reporters' "puke" voice.
@@LocalWatchGuy I reread my comment and although I tried to be gentle, on second read it sounds a bit mean. Please forgive that. I did mean it to be constructive.
@@LocalWatchGuy I agree to the OP here. The tonality you use is associated to narrating mysteries and thrillers. A more uplifting and exciting tone will definitely improve the viewing experience
That is too cheap. Those watches are not a dress watch for an adult, maybe in a third world country or for a teenager. They shout poor quality from 10m. For just a little more the new Orient Bambino smalls seconds looks much nicer and it is a mechanical watch.
I wouldn't categorize these watches to be worn for 'teenagers' or for third world countries only. Anyone anywhere can wear these watches. I myself wear this watch from time to time and I quite like it. Yes the watch is cheap and may not be the highest quality but it suits its purpose quite well. Not everyone can afford high end or mid-range watches and thats why I made this video. But regardless of my opinion, people can wear whatever makes them happy regardless of the price.
@@LocalWatchGuyAbsolutelly. I am happy with my 115 €. Seiko 5 military green 42mm, it is informal, less pretentious and cheap as well. It is just that those look too cheap and I think that other models offer better relation price/quality. P.D.: I like the green tone of the strap 😉
Bambino cost around $120, this Casio in the other hand cost around $15 so I'll go for this one cause I'm also saving for a diver, I think this will look great with a nato strap.
I absolutely love the simplicity but the fact it has day and date is making it look like a very expensive watch. I'm getting the chain link version
Very nice and simple pieces which look more expensive than they are

I bought the 1b2 one, changed the strap to NATO and modded the hands, changing to ones that have lumes.
I now have a beater field watch. 😊👌🏼
The best review i found for this watch on UA-cam yet. Quite informative.
Thank you very much! Glad you enjoyed the video
excellent watches, Casio forever!
Indeed!
gr8 video!
much needed and appreciated, i have subbed :3
Thank you so much! Appreciate it, glad you enjoyed.
Kindly review casio mtp v004L 1B..... really looking forward to it
Thanks for watching!
I have to say that I've never replace battery to a Casio watch, they lasted longer than what they say
Yeah I have heard they last a pretty long while
True that is
My edifice 110d white and 110d blue both went in under a yr literally within days of each other
I read from casio website is that the case is chrome plates. Is it durable?
after the review i think i will buy it
i saw it for 6.5 kD!!
You really should! Its a cool watch

@@ao3188 I'll look into it! Thanks for the suggestion
Do they have scratch resistant glass?
Its mineral glass so I don't think its scratch resistant
It costs like 25 dollars in my region, gonna buy the Oliver green one and swap a nato on that one
Oh nice! That would be cool (don't forget to subscribe😁)
@@LocalWatchGuy update: ordered the black dial/brown strap one since black dial goes with everything well. Can't wait to wear it!
@@codclips3662 Thats awesome to hear! Enjoy the watch & wear it in good health
The grey dial, does it have a matte or glossy finish?
Solar and no day date I’m in the date box on these dressy watches is pointless and they always end up the wrong date
Brilliant thank you.
Which Casio is this One?
Thank u
The olive green one is MTP-V006L-3B and the black dial one is MTP-V006L-1B

Nice
Casio . God tier .just sumptuous..
Hahaha shoutout to Nico
Wait 60 for these 2? Bro you got robbed. I saw these for around 20 dollars.
Im guessing in my country, they put import duties into consideration whilst pricing them
