VERY impressed by pogi, Jonas and remco today. Pogi for obvious reasons, Jonas for showing he may be in regular Jonas form, and for remco for not giving up and bridging that huge gap out of nowhere!! Gonna be an exciting tour!!!
It actually wasn't huge, it just wasn't covered by TV, you can see he attacked straight after Pogi and Vingegaard had a gap, it was more like 15 secs the whole time, and then he bridged it on the flat part towards the finish.
I've never seen a Tour so on fire from the first moments as this one. We are all in for such a treat.

Can't read to much into this, Stage 4 Galibier and Stage 7 TT will give a clearer picture of form. Tadej putting nails in his legs early on as usual 🤔

Normally pog will sprint at the end, he did not. Even Jonas overtook him...

Why would he sprint for no reason? No bonus seconds and goes in yellow anyway.
He has the yellow, and the same time as the others that did sprint. There was no point for any of them to sprint tbh. It wasn’t for anything other than time.
all true, but the last couple of years he always sprinted at the end. In fact it used to drive others crazy that he was so focused on winning every race. Maybe he has learned something.@@NASCARorbascarpeople
