Will add time stamps for practice later:
    00:59 360 ball control
    2:00 Tri-level control
    3:00 Off-hand development
Eye game, send eyes the opposite direction of where u want to go
Change of speed, slow up pocket the ball then explode out of it
    Change of direction
7:17 Mastering the pocket, the area right by your armpit (anytime your hand is on top or on the side of the ball it's still a live dribble)
8:40 Dropping hips quick, get the defender to raise up out of their stance then drop quick
10:00 Hatchet chop, off- hand to break contact and control the defense

Collin, I have to say your lessons are so full of great info with absolutely NO FLUFF. Either you never need to reshoot a segment using superior planning and camera sense or thank you for the excellent editing you do to keep things moving fast and new. You talk fast but not where it's too fast. Love the in-depth explanations you do and the video sample clips of either yourself or NBA footage. I remember way back when you first started and how you now have really improved your skills and confidence. It's great to be a subscriber to this channel. THANKS AGAIN.

about the eye games wouldn’t a way to diffuse the eye game would be to watch the tip toes and the hips/shoulders instead? because unless hes really quick (i know most good ballhandlers are) he cant shift all those things quick enough to tell the story of wanting to go left then right because his body is angled towards the right? idk hope you understand I remember hearing about hips/shoulder placement to understand where the ballhandlers next move is going to go.

Also something EXTREMELY UNDERRATED in ANYTHING BASKETBALL, your mindset. You have to believe. Lonzo is a great example of not having confidence. If you don’t believe you will make it, 8/10 times it won’t go in. Mamba Mentality, have the confidence of “ I can and will do this” that is the most important thing in basketball, sports, hell, even life!

Can someone explain to me how travels work? I’ve been playing basketball for a while and I’m still confused.

Justin Chu 3+ steps without dribbling is a travel. Don’t go doing two steps then dribble, two steps then dribble tho, cuz that’s a carry (depending on how you hold the ball, usually people carry when they dribble like that)

Back in my day, officiating were very stern on *carrying* the ball: that's a major difference in the rules of modern era basketball.

Current day basketball doesn’t allow carry either, your memory is off or the refs were not as skilled
