Same here... Both boys, in the hospital and at home. In hospital I walked in with food, laughing and giggling all the way thru. Home birth unassisted. He came out smoothly. My 3yr old assisted w/towels and the nose sucker thing (Dad was at work). I was able to make all the calls for emergency services, family as well as unlock the front and garage doors so that the paramedics could get to me . They were always beyond shocked. I don't wanna diminish others experiences but it was kind of easy peasy for me.

😂 I was like this with 1-3. 4 and 5 took me ALL THE WAY OUT. I wasn't due for another month with #4 but she wanted to be a Punkin instead of a Butterball. She decided to come on a night when her dad and no one else in my own family was available. I was too far into labor for an epidural by the time the ambulance got me there. Her dad showed up after she was born and cried about missing it. #5 was my only C-section. He was Frank Breech (knees to chest and too big to turn as I have a tilted uterus and small hips). His foot was sticking out when they started the c-section. The day before was my birthday and he tried to join in on the party. 😂

If my mum had another child I feel like she’d be fine because she had a deep vein thrombosis and got her period and said it was worse than when she had me and my sister
