Just getting out there and enjoying nature is a great day, catching fish is a bonus but I know you know that. And I also know the love and respect you have for the sport. Another good video Jake. 👍🏻👍🏻🎣
Man if I was embarrassed of sertain episodes if mine, I wouldn't have been able to post very much this summer. Keep at it man. Your seasons on the way.
Summer has been the very tough for me as well. As always, I appreciate the support brother. I think as creators we need to lift each up when we hit a low spot. So, thank for being there buddy.
Noce video Jake, I'm a bank guy that's why I watch and mainly cause u always show what u use that's important I think , I'm always lookin 4 that edge thank u very much James H.
Not the monsters of the fall but we’re quickly approaching that bite…..nice video Jake, and also a bit of advice for people looking for deep water or just the lay of the lake you fish…..just ask…..I bank fish and see boaters cruise by all the time right out in front of me 30ft from shore, I often ask….”hey, how deep is that right their?” and most are happy to help and tell you. Over time you ask enough you start knowing what the deep areas are and what isn’t.
Really enjoyed this video Jake. I enjoyed you on Panfish Nation Thursday also. I need to find a lake close to me to catch some crappie and big bluegills.
Nice video Jake. I found it is more productive when the light is dim (15-20 min before it becomes completely dark) during summer night. Every single cast would caught fish. However, once the light is gone, the biting stop as well. Have you try to fish crappie in late night with additional light source or fluorescent plastic? That would be cool. Some lake or reservoir would not allow you to do that. So you have to do a little homework beforehand.
I like that Rod and Reel Combo you got their Jake . Looking forward to your new kits on Brushpile ! I have a Clear and Cloudy water kit, love them ! Another great video Jake !
There’s a variety of jigs I use for different situations. So that’s a tough one to answer in a response. Check out my crappie fishing playlist. I touch on all of that in my videos. Far as rod goes, I’m a fan of ACC Crappie Stix. They offer many different options of rods. The 7’6” is my favorite.
Great video but editing off a little. You said, Summer time crappie fishing is tough, I ain’t gonna lie. You said it twice. 😂 Gad you’re not perfect. I’m not either, so we can be great friends. 😜
@@jigginwithjake2796 Hot Diggity, I guess that makes sense. Thanks for all your awesome videos. Now, if one day I can just put that information together and get me some good fish. Here in the Dallas Fort Worth area, I’ve had nothing but strikeouts. LOL
This is a very informative video. Thanks for doing this.
My pleasure, Ernesto. Glad you enjoyed it and thanks for watching!

I’ve got several videos that cover all kinds of scenarios. Check out the crappie playlist.
How come there's no "join channel" monthly option?
Monthly? Subscribe once and you’re good!
What about the river crappie summertime can I catch crappies
I don’t fish to many rivers. But I’d say find structure and current breaks and you’ll find crappie.
