@@Ahhdjx Depends on where you live and if you are using regular or premium. Regular will be around $3 a gallon and premium will be close to $4 a gallon.

Steve Selica Yep... and even if you don't wanna speed, just go to like 4,000 rpm+ for a minute or so if you haven't driven it hard in a while. Ahhh the smell of carbons.

When the engine oil light comes on, then you're already too late..
Not if the light is Yellow (newer engines have the oil lever sensor inside the oil pan), if its a red low oil pressure light, then its too late.
I have never had this come on, doesn't anyone ever change and check their own oil?

If u drive a manual car and park it in a hill, you put it in gear... No wheel turning needed...
Ackuz and then you forget after coming back and start the car before put it in neutral.
You always start the car with both the clutch and the brake pedal down. So it should not be a problem

Daniil Kaizer blinker fluid used to be an actual thing. Back in the day of lantern lights, a fluid (lamp oil) was used. Blinkers were a set of shutters that most people didn't use on the lanterns.

I didnt know about the clutch thing. I always use to w8 for the red light turn green in first gear.
Literally everyone does that over here... We've done 200.000 km on a car doing it this way and the clutch is still fine (it was tested on slipping recently), so I don't really believe that one... Some of these (not all!) are kinda exaggerated...
I live in Europe and driving schools tell you it really doesn't matter what you do, they can't fail you for any of the two (even though auto-stop systems only work with the clutch released and the car in neutral, but that's kinda obvious).
Arne Maeschaelck This "sit on the clutch and wait for the light to turn green" thing is not harmeful in an rural area, wehre you maybe stop once a day at a traficlight and you can do 200.000km and more with one clutch, but if you live in a city i would not recommend to do it!

Oil light is definitely an important one in my car. Since a rotary engine burns oil by design, an oil level light is deadly for an RX-8, or better said, insufficient amounts oil.
