Hello Hannah! This video was very helpful, I’m thinking of going abroad to France, or another French speaking country next year. I was wondering how you get high school credits while in another country? In order to be able to graduate when I return home for senior year, and how our grades are affected by studying abroad! Thank you 😊
Hey, this is actually a pretty complicated question so it depends for every school, but what I know what happened to other students is that they talk to the guidance counselors and some credits that they take up therefore in high school count for the credits they need to graduate. If they didn’t, there were other options too such as taking the credits you need before you go to your exchange year, if they don’t have them in that country. That’s basically what I did.
@@HannahKosoff yes it seems to be one of the most difficult things to figure out for going abroad, thank you for letting me know! I think I’ll try and speak with my guidance counsellor and see if they can help me out. 💗
I'm thinking on going as a senior abroad to another homestay but I have a pet support animal and I don't know if that would be a issue
If people do not want to talk to you , the um has a lot to do with it.
