    If I want to have white frosting, Is it ok to replace chocolate chips with white chocolate and omit the dark chocolate powder?

    What is your opinion on adding hot coffee rather than the hot water to the batter? I hear it makes the chocolate richer?

      It adds a coffee flavour as coffee is strong the taste of chocolate won’t be that strong

      Lyannx 14 it makes it richer. You wouldn't taste the coffee but it will intensify the flavour of the chocolate

      I automatically substituted the hot water for a cup of hot coffee based on my experience making chocolate cake. I’ve made this a few times now and people love it

      @@ariagrant100as a person that despises the taste of coffee I can assure you if you drink it you may not notice the flavor since your tuned to it but I definitely will and hate it. Anyone who doesn’t like coffee will taste it. I hate when people say try it you can’t taste the coffee… every time I try something when that is said I could have been handed a dark roast straight black coffee and said they are the same

    Hello! If I was in a hurry, could I bake the whole cake at once and then cut it in three parts or is it esential to bake it separately?

      I don't know which one she actually used but I'll try to help. These are a few good piping Nozzles : 1M, 2D, 6B, 4B. She uses ateco nozzles most so I guess she used Ateco 847 or 844

      You could just do one layer of filling if you’d like and then reduce the filling by half.
