It definitely feels much different this year. I'm not particularly a Christmas person, so tend to just be glad when it's over. This year I haven't even experienced that. People don't seem to have bothered so much even putting up a tree or lights and I have never known it like this before. Something is shifting. There's no if, but or maybe about it. I feel that maybe those people who aren't doing their own diligence or research into varying things, may well be happier and less concerned than those of us who are more aware and wanting to be. There are lots of rabbit holes to go down for sure . It's a minefield out there? I think people are generally sensing something is 'off' and very different. But the distractions make sure the cognitive dissonance remains and people draw closer to whatever familiarity they have or have had. Very interesting times . I'm a Christian so for me I trust and believe I'm taken care of by my creator. Nothing is gonna surprise him and in honesty very little would surprise me anymore. Simple things like fragrance, pets, morning coffee, and kindred spirits bring me grounding and joy . I have to be mindful of what im absorbing visually , audibly and how I'm investing my time. It all matters in these challenging times which are going to most likely become even moreso . Blessings and peace to you.

My dog almost died from Fanconi syndrome a little over a year ago, from eating store bought jerky treats. It wasn’t even a full bag, and I bought it at Petco. After seeing her go through all that, I started making her food. It’s a lot of work, but I prep two weeks in advance and freeze it. It’s shocking how badly she’s doing for just 8 years old. She has arthritis and recently had surgery for a snapped tendon. She’ll have to do the other leg soon. The only reason I did kibble all these years was because she was allergic to everything else. She seemed allergic to my homemade food at first, but has adapted to it. Sometimes there seems like there is no good solution. As for haircuts, $400 sounds like a celebrity/ wealthy mogul price! Is that what normal people are expected to pay? I have been cutting my own for years. Nothing fancy anymore, but it’s also way less stressful doing it myself. Merry Christmas Sarah!
There are dog treats that have given the dogs psykose and had an odd behavior, it have killed some dogs and some had too be put down. The treats are made I China and are so toxic. Check if it is them she did get. Big hugs from Denmark 💝🌹🥰

I started a nad supplement as well. I also started tretinoin 3 months ago. I know you had bad luck with it. I LOVE IT. I am 38. My face looks like a baby's butt since I started it. I'm on the lowest dose 0.25%. I commented back in October that I lost my almost 14 year old dog that was literally one of the hardest things that ever has happened to me in my life. Last week I bought myself a Christmas gift. A 4 month old Cane Corso puppy. I named her Willow. She's driving me up the wall right now but... my house is no longer lonely. 😂 yes! My partner he always says you're not even watching. Yes I am. I do all our grocery shopping, cooking, meal planning etc. Do you want deodorant this week? Let me make my lists lol or whatever else I need to do to keep the house up. And I'll repeat the last 3 sentences of the show and he will roll his eyes lol.

It’s very unsettling. I need to start picking up some extra work, an extra side job, starting in the New Year. I really just want to move out of this city asap. But my Mom is here so it’s not easy. People are struggling… my friend just got laid off a day before Christmas. I’m hoping for better vibes in the New Year. 🩷 Yeah 400 on a haircut no 😂 I think I paid 150 on my last cut which was just a basic cut with layers and the lady was really sweet but my hair is frizzy & oily now. I may need to go back to drugstore shampoos. I need to hyu girl because I used to go to school on Meeting Street right near King St in Downtown Charleston. One of the happiest times of my life was being at that school. 🙏🏻 In fact I was going to film a little TT video about my time there because we had a teacher at that school who was sadly murdered back in 2006.
