Lol, totally missed the pedal on that intro chord. Solo was so far off he couldn't find the right key lol. Still love it!! Always happy and impressed to see new unseen Nirvana footage! This is my favorite Nirvana song and if I had a last song to listen to while dying, this would be it. Thanks for the upload.
Nirvana must have been One of the best bands playing live! Maybe because they recorded on tape and that way their music sound allmost as good live as listening to the record!

Holy shit. This is how I sing it nearly every time. Its like I moved to phoenix and he taught it to me in my sleep. Matter and energy do not disappear only change forms after all. Sorry your wife murdered you. That's probably the other warning I should heed. Immediately.
Most likely didn't care. When they were looking for a second guitarist to fill out their sound, they auditioned their guitar tech and did not hire him because "his guitar tuning was way too clean and perfect." Pretty revelatory.
Dont forget to watch Pennyroyal Tea (Phoenix, Arizona 10/18/93)

''teenage angst has paid off well'' Kurt's most autobiographical song
Recess, All Apologies, Serve the Servants. Transparency in many of these great songs.
It's my work email signature.
Man...the fact that we get to see footage like this almost 30y later is amazing. Great shot, thanks for sharing.
he died in those shoes hes wearing
;( ;(
Nope
@@natagreen4243 he did they’re his one star converse that he was wearing when he was found
in munich germany kurt was wearing a watch which kurt also died in
Not really a surprise. Kurt didn’t own a ton of clothes.
Definitely never gets old. Back to another Nirvana deep dive.

That is why I hate it when they turn off the lights when I play gigs, lol.

no doubt
I love this song
This song respectfully magnify s Kurts legacy as the best grunge rocker.
Nice video
i swear every pro video of nirvana playing focuses away from kurt once solo/bridge starts
This sounds so slow ... But i love it. RIP Hero
Best performance of this amazing song
So glad they released the entire video of this.
Dave writes the best drum parts
this is the best version of the song that guitar solo is the best thing my ears have ever heard
Keep an eye out for the In Utero 30th Anniversary release for more unreleased gems 🤘🏻
That legendary divorce is such a boreeeeeeeeeeed🎶
Wow, I never thought I could see this song complete. Does anybody remember the 30 sec clip from 20 years ago?
it would be nice to see this complete show in pictures it was the launch of the in utero tour
*solo starts* *zooms in on Dave*
özlüyorum
He got confused at the start with the pedals xd
The closest thing to Jimi Hendrix was Kurt Cobain. Facts.
Kurt was the best
Ibknow he liked Pat singing on the choruses with him but i much prefer it by himself. I can hear the subtlety in the vocal more.
agreed, i like pat on guitar but his vocals never sounded that good to me.
@cobussy I liked them on in bloom, heart shaped box, and penny royal tea but this one just isn't my cup of penny royal tea;)
There was something wrong with the guitar sound. Like it had a disease.
haha he completely got lost during the solo
he looked so unhealthy bruh it makes me sad as fuck he was really depressed and a drug addict why’d he do it man :(

What the fuck is this comment?
@@russellschwartz9687 no clue
This guy is high.
maybe kurt is not totally expert in guitar coz he's always out of tune in every live performance.
I believe he totally knew about it and that was the purpose. It's Nirvana, not the jazz orchestra 😅
@@GrungeRay94 nope.
He’s a punk grunge artist, perfect clean solos are not his thing and he knew enough to make numerous timeless songs with the guitar.
A 3 months guitarist beginner would know if his guitar isn’t in tune, ofc he knew about it

Beautiful men!!!😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍
Kurt's blond hair enhanced his facial beauty. Since black hair can't achieve the same textured appearance as blond hair.
So glad they released the entire video of this.
