He did wanna be a Rock Star. He wanted everything he got out of playing in a band and more. Listen to his interviews. The bottom line is he got addicted to drugs at the same time while being in a toxic relationship and having millions of dollars with plenty of free time to save or destroy his life. Add mental illness and wallah. A Hollywood Movie is born. These stars have the money to leave this lifestyle and go make an attempt to get their shit together. They probably can't see it being caught up in the game. With all the yes people and their handlers pushing these people to keep making that money and writing those songs. Alive or Dead it doesn't matter to your handlers. Someone is still making millions off of Nirvana and Kurt. Kurt said in one of his interviews he always felt he was meant for something more in this life, this was before Nirvana blew up. Kurt knew. Consciously or subconsciously Kurt knew. My dad always said, Careful what you wish for. I'd like to think we have a choice. Then sometimes I think some decisions are made long before we step foot into this world. I believe Kurt was sent here for a reason. He was here. The message was delivered and just like that he was gone. As a recovering addict, I personally am BIG on accountability. So this is where Im coming from. All I have to remember is "DON'T DRINK TODAY" that's it. I can relate to Kurt's life. Minus the millions of dollars and all the fame. On another level. But being a suicidal mentally ill human with addiction issues it's all the same. Same book. Different chapter. It's a DIRTY HORSE. Some of us have to ride it so others can be saved.
