Gran video, gracias como siempre.
La primera técnica es la que más uso, pero luego de leer o escuchar el contenido, lo que hago es imaginar que estoy contándole a otra persona todo eso que leí o escuché. Es algo que siempre hacemos de forma inconsciente y hacerlo en inglés puede resultar útil. Especialmente cuando sabemos que en nuestra mente siempre hablamos con mucha más fluidez que en persona 😂

Imaginar la conversación y tenerla mentalmente es también muy útil para pensar en inglés. Sobre todo porque implica poco riesgo (nadie nos juzgará por equivocarnos)
