THE MOST DELICIOUS RED VELVET SWISS ROL!
How are you today? It's baking day. I had the sniffles but wanted to so much to get a recipe to you. I hope you have fun with it!
Recipe is below. It is best to follow along with the video to make it
5 egg whites
120g caster sugar
5 egg yolks
60g salted butter, melted
80g plain flour
Then once the stuff has been taken out for the pattern.
1/2 tsp of red food colouring
10g cocoa powder
Frosting
180g of butter, softened
180g of philly
600g of icing sugar
