Yes, It's the city of Wildomar and right over the Murrieta border. The closest park is Copper Canyon Upper and Lower Park which are nice. No community pool, but the lots are good size if you decide to build a private pool. Smaller communities like this have higher HOA fees compared to the larger communities because fewer homeowners are paying into the "pool".

Hi! As far as tract home neighborhoods go in our area, Avalino has some pretty good lot sizes. I haven't seen any lots under 7,000 sq ft. Lot size is all relative I guess! My out of state clients often have a different view of lot size compared to SoCal lots.

If you a buy a house from DR Horton, you are a fool. Not only is the quality low, they will make settlement dates by hook ,or by crook. Have seen it with my own eyes, commiting fraud and worse. If one 3rd party company/inspector refuses to say something is okay with the house. They will find someone who will. You've been warned, and this woman should he ashamed to promote them in any capacity.

I haven't personally had any major issues with this builder, but most big builders have issues here and there. The first home I bought for myself was in Murrieta and it was built by DR Horton. I didn't have any issues with that home and I haven't heard of any major issues with my client's DR Horton homes. Sorry if you had a different experience.

@@moving2murrieta I'm not coming from the perspective of a home buyer, I've "seen the sausage being made"
