First time doing this workout and I really liked it. The hardest part for me was getting the right amount of air in my ball - I started with way too much. So glad I discovered your channel awhile ago. You are my favorite, the workouts are always varied and I can tell that you are very purposeful/thoughtful in the workouts you put together for seniors.

I found this workout very challenging and feel that my body was worked over quite thoroughly. I will need to repeat this workout at least a few times to become comfortable with a few of the exercises that I found really difficult. Like the piano music in the background very much.☀️
I really messed up my left inner knee doing a lateral stretch on the balance ball a couple of weeks ago. Just did hip and knee exercises since then. This is the first i I’ve gotten back to doing full body. So far, so good.
I loved this one! Well, I love all your workouts, but the mini-ball is so fun. It was a great combination of work and stretching. I feel great now that it's done!
This is such a fantastic feel good Pilates session! Using the ball helped me so much to get into the moves and stretches and then to lengthen and strengthen!! Absolutely loved it!! 💗😌
I have been talking about doing this one since you uploaded it Monday and finally did it today. I had trouble putting the ball under my back but even doing it just on the mat was great. I loved the rolling the ball under my feet as it felt very soothing on both feet especially the bad one. Please make more of these type workouts.
Such a pleasant workout. It is amazing how something as simple as a mini ball can make a pilates/stretching workout a bit more interesting and effective for some of the moves. Really love your videos! Videos with a mini mall or a stability ball are my absolute favourites!

Whoa girlfriend, how you keep that ball from not rolling off the scene when doing those clam shells or leg circles? I know you gotta death grip on that ball...lol.. That was a first doing abs like that with the ball under the back. Im thinking this be different but has to be safe if Ms. Lauren is doing it. Felt amazing while sitting on the ball and stretching. Actually felt my back loosen and realign. Nice. Ill have to remember that when wanting to loosen the hips and lower back.

How did you know I just purchased an mini Ball and magic ring and resistance bands on Amazon? I am getting ready to take advantage of my purchase and use my ball with you. I think this kind of workout will be good on my feet. I got my foot out of the boot a couple weeks ago and was fitted for an AFO brace but unfortunately the brace felt awkward so they scanned me for custom made arch supports which I am waiting on. March 18th I left the job at Taco Bell that was hurting my feet.

You can do most of the moves without a ball Carmen. A small pillow or rolled up towel will work well too.
