Man, this is a masterclass on how to make the best out of a limited character. The actor really nailed it! I won't lie, this is my favourite song, it has such a strong narrative drive, the acting and filming is great and the music!

I always lose it at the line: "I'm just a prankster... tee hee hee heeeeee". He is such a pain in the ass but he knows it and he's having the time of his life! I'm getting low-key Loki and Peter Pan vibes.
everything about this episode was amazing. their whole acting; Rebecca takes him seriously with their whole interactions and facial expressions "get away from me mister wind"(that made me laughhh) he also had this whimsical naughty behavior "but im a prankster...tee hee hee heeeee" "you ruin everything, you stupid bitch" he tells her that and remains with his grace like a real devil that you dont want to mess with.
i love the personification of the wind because people really delude themselves into blaming things like the wind for their shitty behavior. "I cheated on you because The Wind is just a trickster god who wanted to see what would happen."
Favorite part was when Rebecca tries to shove him aside and he sings, "You can't push the wi-i-i-ind...." Hilarious. Love everything about this. Best in the show! They should have a contest of all the musical numbers in all the episodes for each season, and have the viewers vote. That would be really fun! Linda McNett

My entire life I've detested musicals. Then I watched this show. Jesus, I can't stop watching this show. It's my favorite thing. This episode, and this song, are just the best.
I have a friend. We are quite alike: both very sensitive etc but she grew up in a very good household and I in a messed up one. She loves musicals and to me they are too sweet and boring. I prefer dirty, dark humour, sarcasm. CEG is perfect that way. I guess I tried to befriend my inner demons through that humour and embrace the darkness.

I'm revisiting this because of the LA fire, imagining a sequel where the Santa Anna Winds guy is singing this through the burning streets and it would be a pretty accurate representation still.
