Your car looks fantastic. I’m glad you are feeling better. I still think you should consider matching the rear GS F brake calipers with the front, so they will match. I do understand it may not make a difference in braking, but hey, looks are important too. Regardless, I will always love your GS. I am going to do more to my car. My GS is not as pristine as yours, but I assure you, I have more coming soon 😊
Hey what's up! Lol, yeah it would look a lot better with a full Brembo swap but as long as the performance is there, I like!! If I end up getting an IS500 prolly going to do the same front Brembo swap just to annoy you lol!! I just kidding, great to hear from you and thanks for the well wishes!!
@@Brandon-jy2yl I'm happy with just lowering springs, especially with Swifts, I like the engineering behind them. Coilovers are pretty expensive, give a harsh ride, and require rebuilding every so often... too much trouble in my opinion for a hobby. Maybe if I was competitive racing, I would consider coilovers. Is that what you are thinking about doing for your GS?
@@j168vlogs not necessarily. I do want a lower ride height, but I hate to start tampering with the suspension and spending money, only to find I don’t like the ride quality. Since you have had the lowering springs for a while, I wanted to ask you about that again. I have spent money modding my cars in the past, only to reverse the mod because I did not like it long term. That is why I’m being very careful what I do to my car. Right now, lowering the car and the brake caliper upgrade are the only modifications I am considering. I can’t make my mind up about the caliper color though 😂 I even thought about the orange color 🤔
@@Brandon-jy2yl Awesome! Taking time to plan your build is a very good idea in my opinion. Orange calipers would look great on your car but just an FYI they will get very dirty looking with brake dust.
Hey what's up!! Thanks fam! here's a video I did for the wheels, the size, offset ,and tire specs are in the description: ua-cam.com/video/XpfDgC1JSgI/v-deo.htmlsi=bGlBUGzbLriyd6Nj Have fun with your GS!!
Great video! I've done a lot of chassis bracing on my 350, mostly everything from the Ultra Racing catalog, some Toms too but I held off on that piece because I wasn't sure about it. From your review looks like I'll be ordering it too. Ultra Racing makes them specifically for the GS 350 also.
Hey what's up!! Thanks for the kind words!! Unfortunately, I paid a local shop to take care of the springs for me. I watched two very experienced techs take 2 hours to do the job. I have changed the springs on a Toyota Tundra in the past and the double wishbone suspension in the front makes it difficult but doable if you have the time and patience. Good luck and have fun!
Hey what's up! I did a GSF brake rotor and caliper upgrade to my car. You get very light squealing for a second or two if the brakes have cooled down and windows rolled down too. Otherwise I can't hear it. Used Brembo pads and rotors. ua-cam.com/video/2kg8cW7oGx8/v-deo.html
Thanks!!

@@j168vlogs So let me ask you…have you been happy with just lowering springs, or would you opt for coil overs if you had to do it again?

Nice ride you have! How many hours does it take to install lowering springs into a 2013 Lexus GS350? Thank You

Which brake pads and rotors do you recommend? My brakes are squealing on my 15 f sport

Can you put Camry performance parts on this car? Im asking because they both feature the 3.5L
Hey what' up! That's a good question... what type of parts were you thinking of using from a Camry??
