Haha. @ Brandon, sorry not trying to step on any toes…. Just a beautiful car and I’m in the market for one and these are hard to find in good condition. Sent you a message on one of your videos regarding the 8 speed transmission and the mark levinson.
Hey what's up SP! I would say the Front Strut Tower Bar made the biggest difference and the TUC10 came in second. Both had very obvious gains in chassis tightening. ua-cam.com/video/VvA5ctps7NI/v-deo.htmlsi=mw69Sdk7UUrElJHO
Hey what's up! Do the bushings and Tom's brace fit the 3gs? I had no idea. I actually had to watch my review at the end of the video to remember what they did lol. After a while you get used to everything and the upgrade becomes less and less noticeable but I really enjoy driving the car. The Lexus def drives more like a performance car but it doesn't come close to the performance of my WRX.
Question, for the upper bracing. Was it a direct bolt on? Or did you have to remove some stuff to make it fit? I have a 2019 gs350f and couldn’t get it to fit for some reason. Thanks for your help!
Hey what’s up! Sorry to bear bad news but the new transmissions for the last GS refresh won’t allow proper figment. See notes in description. Checkout IG banditgs350 he may have an alternative. Thanks for watching!
Hey what's up! It's actually easier to say which one I would not recommend and that is the Wald rear diffuser. I would rather get an Aimgain one. What type of theme are you looking for?
@@j168vlogs nice. When you say "nvh" in the vid, what does that mean? Oh i don't really have a theme. I'm just wanting to improve handling. I noticed my 3rd gen gs handles so much better stock compared to 4gs. 3gs comes lower then the 4gs so center of gravity is better making the handling better by nature. Right now I'm running on michelins a/s 4. I'm gonna get a lowering springs, bushings and the strut braces.
@@crombie92 What's up! Noise vibration and harshness. The harder gsf bushings made a slight but noticeable difference in nvh- the car had a more "track" car feel and less luxury. Steering got more feedback from the road, cabin noise increased, and car rode more stiff over bumps etc.
Hey what's up!! I got the Tom's stuff from Meraki Autoworks (ask for a discount). If you are cool ordering from Japan directly, I would look into @rhdjapan or @BlackHawkJapan. The USD/JPY is at a record high right now!!! Keep order below $800 to avoid Tariff :)
Hey what's up! I felt the Figs polyurethane bushing was going to make the ride too harsh. Also, not being able to upgrade the front LCA bushings to a harder rubber may cause premature wear for the soft oem rubber. Thanks for watching! Let me know what you end up deciding!!
@@j168vlogs I hear people who swap for FIGs have not notice that much difference in ride harshness. I sold my GS to my bro and bought a GSF. Now I have a bunch of custom performance parts laying around, lol.
@@j168vlogs I think it’s a rare and awesome car. A little thirsty, shifts aren’t as aggressive as my 13 GS350 but it still fun to drive. I think that’s what most owners complain about. Just got to keep in mind Lexus is luxury/comfort first and performance second. Wish I could’ve kept both tho.

Hey what's up! Yes, I have continued to upgrade the chassis and later on the suspension with more Tom's. If you're going to do the mod shown in this video, I would do the Tom's Top Front Strut Tower Bar too. You could have oversteer without it.
I literally just ordered swift springs and the gsf bushings because I love how yours sits. I am over the super low RSR downs that I’ve been on.
Hey what's up! Thanks for the compliment!! I really appreciate it and glad to help out. Have fun!
Thanks for the video. Beautiful vehicle.

Greetings from Singapore! Which Tom's part made the most obvious difference in tightening up the chassis? In your opinion. ..

compared to the wrx would you say it’s more similar to it’s handling after the mod?
Hey what's up! Even with the mod upgrades, a stock WRX handles better because of its inherent design as a rally car with awd. Thanks for asking.
How have these been? Just ordered them for my 3GS gs350 200k on the stock ones figured time for an upgrade.
