    Nice way to get some use out of broken carbide endmills but you need to adjust your grinding clearance of the cutters. Too steep angle and the cutters will break like they both did in this video. Also grind a radius on the tip of the cutter. Other than that, good work.

      Yes you could see that both the tips broke down under load the turning tool only lost just the very tip, bit the screw cutting tip blew the tip right off. You can just see it after the last cut using the cutting fluid.

    This is a very very nice work! A great way of reusing old carbide and hssco drills and endmills, along with the design and execution thereof you have done here, it looks like a Sandvik or such holder... Lovely!
