Green is SUCH a great color on you omg!! The Spellshop and Phantasma are also on my priority list to read this year, too, that I cannot wait to get to... eager to hear your thoughts on them!
I am currently reading Caraval after having read OUABH last year and loving it. I don’t know why I put it off, I’m 60% in and I’m loving it. Stephanie Garber just has a way with words and describing things/places so well.
I'm curious to see what you think of Coraline (gorgeous edition BTW) and cant wait for you to start Throne of Glass. Make time for Slewfoot!!! A five star read, perfect for the Fall.
I started Throne of Glass with the very first namesake book, because Assassin's Blade was released later on as a prequel. I recommend going straight to Throne of Glass. And you will definitely love the series. It will emotionally wreck you. Just fair warning that the first book is an intro bait and switch book, similar to a Court of Thorns and Roses. You have to push past it, and each book gets better and better
I beg you to prioritise Piranesi! It's not confusing, you just don't know what's necessarily happening but in the BEST way. I have never read anything like this before, it is unique but a super easy read. Can't wait to know what you think!
Thanks! that makes me want to read it more honestly... I see a lot of people reading it and loving it, but they dont really explain what their reading process was like.
Girl, start with Pen Pal lol 😂 And Slewfoot is one of my favorite books! It’s everything I wanted in a witchy book 🔮🖤 The plot was great, the conflict made sense, it was so atmospheric, 5 🌟!
I dont have many books on my shelf that haven't been read yet, but I have an Aldous Huxley book I want to re-read, and Crusaders by Dan Jones. I just started From Blood and Ash by Jennifer Armentrout after just finishing her Flesh and Fire series recently (loved!) and I pre-ordered Onyx Storm(Rebecca Yarros) and have Phantasma and The Songbird and the Heart of Stone by Carissa Broadbent (book one of the second duelology in the Crowns of Nyaxia series) in my cart to purchase. I also want to read the Spark of the Everflame series this year. Definitely read the Phantasma! 😊
I still need to read book 2 in the fourth wing series... im putting it off because ive heard such mixed things.... I also own the first book in the crown of nyaxia series. Im debating on if I still want to read it or not.
@@carahamelie Oh, I highly recommend the Crowns of Nyaxia series or at least the first duet for sure! I was late to read it and had it for months before starting it- but it was so good and I definitely underestimated it before picking it up!! Well worth the read imo!!
I read Recursion and Dark Matter because of you and they are my all time favorites!!! Do you have any similar type of book recommendations? I need something new to read ❤
i'm so interested on your thoughts on Fever Dream! i hated the experience of reading that book and i just didn't get it. i usually enjoy a weird book but that one was not for me.
Where did you get the special edition Coraline book? I love the movie and saw it first and then read the book and loved it just the same. I could visualize scenes
I know... but you can read either one first. Some people think its better to read assassins blade first, some think throne of glass. Based on my reading style.. i think I will prefer assassin's blade first, just based on the research ive done

Can’t wait to hear your review of the ‘Throne of Glass’ series.
can't wait to finally start it
I decided this year I’m getting back into reading and I’m loving it. I own SO MANY books and haven’t read them!
Don't we all! lol

I have been looking for a similar author forever, and have yet to find one. I think you might really like Project Hail Mary... give that a try
Coraline would be good to read with the girls
i'm so interested on your thoughts on Fever Dream! i hated the experience of reading that book and i just didn't get it. i usually enjoy a weird book but that one was not for me.
Oh no I’m scared 😂
