This looks a lot easier than doin regular box braids thank u finna do this on my mom hair cuz she she wants this style but the regular box braid method but I think she’ll like this more
Love the tutorial♥️ I think also it may be easier to use the hair extension of a drastically different color (like red or yellow etc) so it’s easier to see where you placed the hair with the real hair
While You’re braiding, you want to feel with your fingers that the density of the braid is remaining consistent in its size. If it starts to feel or even look thin as you braid, go ahead and start to add more hair. You can stop feeding in the hair (adding hair) once the braid feels like the same density as when you started the beginning of the braid.
I purchased my mannequin a while back on amazon. It conveniently came with a clamp , so to save space I just use the clamp on a chair and work on my mannequin that way. ☺️ i have links in t he description for mannequin heads once you click the link amazon might suggest clamps or tripods to you ! 🤗
It really depends on the volume of the braid that you feel as your braiding . You want to make sure that you’re keeping the density consistent throughout. I’ll make another video going more into it with a visual

How many packs of hair did it take to do this
How many packs of hair do you usually use?
I always recommend 3 packs of quality triple packed pre stretched hair
How many packs of hair did you use?
How many pieces are you adding per braid before you stop adding hair ?

Does anyone know if they slip out easily??
Hey hey 👋🏾 Definitely not! Knotless Braids are so good for staying in because of the way it’s installed in comparison to the traditional box braids 👏🏾
