    It would be great if you made other videos with specific combos suitable for shodow boxing with defense and counters mixed inbetween for the most common attacks.

    I noticed you dont L step too often. Perhaps im L stepping too much. Also does it help to vision your opponent as orthodox or southpaw for different rounds just to drill certain movement patterns?

      i have that bad habit as well, i don't think it's good to L-step often as it might mean we're "resetting" too much and not pushing the pace on the opponent

      @Linkonstigt iye but defensively its a good way to keep distance and set up angles for.counter no? Im just a student ofc. I dont see many l steps in fight either i guess. Im.just figurig when is it good to l.step
