fun fact. back when the ANET A8 was still new to people. you already were able to play midi songs on it. (same deal as the cd drive and floppy disk banks setup to play star wars music)
Great review! I just got my A1c delivered on Monday and had it up and printing in just over 30 minutes. I really like being able to send my prints from my computer wirelessly and the Bambu remote application is working seamlessly. I know that everyone reading this is just yawning right now but, I guess I should mention that this is my first 3D printer and that I am 73 years old. If I can figure this out, anyone can. Thanks for reinforcing my choice for my first 3D printer.
Say if you want to pause the print you can do that and turn off the machine . “You need power failure enabled “ ok machine is paused and turned off you still have print on bed Turn machine back on go through the step’s resume It all depends on bed adhesion it will either continue you ok or snap off the pei bed plate . I did this for one hour yesterday . I was able to to resume and finish print . Good review guy 😎👍🏻
I'm looking forward to Bambulab adding this screen and the improvements in extruder tech (like the pressure/flow sensing and easier nozzle swaps) to a P1S-derivative. Using a corexy cube should also have less risk for bed wiring problems.
@@ivanvalkanov like the OP I was wondering why a new review came out for a printer that that at the time this was posted was being recalled and not available to buy. Its only been about 3 weeks that you can buy it again and those effected by the recall are just getting their parts and/or replacement printers. The recall itself is having issues where in some areas there have been issues on whether or not the end user can replace the part due to it being mains powered. It appears Microcenter has pulled all their stock to cover the recalls.
That nub on the bottom of the scraper is not for your thumb, it's to make sure the blade is at a 45 degree angle as your scraping so you do not dig into the plate.
Depends how well you sleep, it’s not a great idea running overnight (fire risk), and also not great being in the same room as the fumes released aren’t very healthy
You're kind of late to the party, the A1 units have been recalled. This video does not do any good whatsoever, it's currently just a curiosity I guess.
Ordered an A1 for my family and the first message was a recall - do not use. Bambulabs failed to register the safety recall with the Canadian government which is probably a criminal violation. They shipped a unit a few hours away with a known defect and have done nothing to resolve it. Avoid!
I just saw you complaining on another video. Bambu Labs did step up and repair or send out replacement parts. No one was hurt, there were no fires, everything is going to be okay. And I couldn't imagine waiting around on the government to try and save me. Who goes on the Internet and cries about a company that might not have fully complied with a government overreach? You remind me of the lady that got pregnant after eating contraceptive jelly on a cracker, and then sued for child support.

0:18 Fun fact: it actually doesn't have a speaker. those are the motors vibrating and different frequencies to create those sounds
Yeah my dji mini 4 pro drone does that in "finding" mode, and when turning on too

Best review of the A1 I've seen so far! Looking forward to ordering one!
very nice!! I can't wait for May so I can get mine :)
I'm coming from a ender v2, and i was stuck on buying the P1P because I didn't want a bed slinger but the A1 looks real good.

You should be aware there is a safety recall on this particular printer.
That nub on the bottom of the scraper is not for your thumb, it's to make sure the blade is at a 45 degree angle as your scraping so you do not dig into the plate.
You should have got the little clip for those 2 wires up high
I thought this printer isnt even availble to purchase, correct? I cant find it on the Micro Center website?
That’s because it has been recalled do to the strain relief on the bed
Good video. 16:48 Toilet Brush!
II is pause button
[] red button is to 🛑 it will ask you …once you confirm stop 🛑 that’s it game over for print
Excelent!!!
It's bad that the manual doesn't say whether the first calibration should be done with or without the spool.
It should be done with the spool on so it is as realistic as possible when actually printing also put the printer on the same table /d desk
I just experienced this same problem during setup. Manual needs to be revised. Yes install spool and load.
How loud is this, would I be able to sleep with this in my room or no.

Where the spool is located?
Did bambulab told you to cut weird stuff happenig just after 8.04min?
The vibrations? It’s supposed to do that. My X1-C does that before every print for vibration compensation.
Sadly mine arrived the day of the recall. I never opened the box. They
were prompt on my shipping label and refund. I'm taking my money and going X1C.
Does the spool holder come with the printer?
yes, with the combo and the normal one
does this printer have 2 Z motors?
So sad that you delete comments that you don't like.
What did he delete
And what did bro delete
UA-cam deletes comments they don't like all the time. It's automatic. It's not always the channels.
Seethe
It's his channel bro can do what he wants
Can you use the printer without creating a Bambo Lab account?
Yes You can use put it on LAN mode if You want to print using Bambu studio, otherwise You can use the SD-card to load models
Fun fact- 1+1 is not 3 but is in fact 2
This printer might not give you the smooth experience that you think...
Would be funny if you changed the qr codes for a rick roll
Wouldn’t trust vlad to much, gets sensitive over constructive feedback and deletes comments.
Its not a bogger the community calls it poop. 💩
