Does imagining the worst fear accelerates it or may manifest it ? Cause I don’t want that … (which in my cause is fear of scandal or family to know my secrets) or does writing it down to paper and maybe burn it make it happen ?
It accelerates it for sure, and that can lead to you making decisions and taking actions out of fear, that will create those similar experiences. Not the worst scenarios though but situations that will trigger more fear.

Thank you for addressing this. I'm a gen-x and I still have a fear of "getting in trouble " I have to get rid of this trauma response.
