There are some videos on UA-cam which likely wont get 00's or 000's of views but they are absolutely gold. Well done, loved the discussion

Nice video!! I always used to think how to strike a balance between not being complacent while having content in life. I got a very good advice from a friend of mine, he suggested to set realistic goals and celebrate when you achieve them. That way you still have fire in you and at the same time you enjoy what you have achieved so far. It sounded a very practical advice and I started implementing it and Alhamdulillah I have seen very positive impact in my life.

That’s a great tip… because high expectations is when you invite unhappiness so chose wisely where and when are you putting any high expectations

I am really glad that someone touched the topic. My point of view is to see first point on a broader picture. The culture with the spice of religion has not been able to nurture system of social security in our country. Current system of world would not get aligned with our current culture and simply it means that we are on the verge of total collapse. Extra responsibilities bring more stress to life and people take it just to make society happy. Second point, in our desi culture we are in stupid perception that a successful man is the one who work extra hours. Literally, our pakistani society needs emergency changes more than in culture rather than economic because in the end its all linked up.

Very thoughtful and thanks for refreshing our memories. I read the same article few years back, applied few lessons and it completely changed mine & family life for better, for example not considering kids as insurance policy, staying in default mode of happiness, live in the moment, staying close to friends and making sure kids are not trapped into grading race.
Thank you once again to reminding these precious life lessons. Keep it up 👍
