Great video. Enjoyed learning some new things about a different culture. I do see both sides of the coin with keeping things in the business traditional versus making things more current for the younger and changing generation. There are always risks when changes are made. But, the father could give the sons more flexibility with trying new things, i.e., changing the menu for six months. Or, changing one of their venues to what the sons want to try. Lots of respect to the family for working together. 🙂
One hundred percent they should keep it traditional Indian food. Any white Australians who are critical sound ignorant so cares if they have weddings and events with this family.
I don’t like how they bring up white people how the brother who organized the events day to day. I don’t like how the brother who is the chef said “probably was a little little spicy for them I( the chef brother) like spice you so maybe cuz they are white!! . It’s disgusting and disrespectful how they can say those things about white people!! They should Watch what they say to be honest because they are representing theirs father business(my opinion) !! what they say can have a negative impact on the business( again in my opinion ) !!! . I’m offended of what they said about white people I’m half white so they should watch their mouth and watch they say because people can and will find about this and people will talk about it too. I’m talking about about all white people they talk about like this.

she says if its broke fix it. but why is the river full of garbage and has been full for almost 5 generations?
Because fixing it is the job of the government. And the government never does its job
