What do you think of Arsenal's chances this season - can they complete the revival??

Arsenal wage bill has been extremely small compared to their rivals for a few seasons. I believe it was about 100m less a season compared to Liverpool for a few seasons. Over 4 to 5 seasons it adds up and allows them to spend big on players even without CL football.

👍 Arsenal wages were lowest out of the big 6 in the latest season available (& still £100m+ less than Liverpool) :)

What is exactlly included in operating costs? That is a huge number.

It's definitiely a big jump Toni - unfortuantely it's an area that's lacking in detail in the financials (all badged under "other operating charges")
We have looked at Man Utd & Juventus costs in more detail (as they are listed they tend to disclose more), so the big cost buckets will likely include
      -matchday costs (3rd party suppliers)
-stadiums & facilities maintenance (utilities, security, cleaning etc)
-logistics for away games (accommodation, travel, meals)
-cost associated with commercial revenues (e.g. club shop inventory)
      -sports advisors/consultants
-business support costs (insurance, legal fees etc)
Apologies - would love to have more detail ourselves but hopefully gives a flavour.
