Me too. I have push to start in my tundra and 18 Si and hate it. Whenever I hop in my GSR or 90 EF it just feels natural to start with the key. Muscle memory I guess.
+RUE5 EK4 Yupp, i guess i am :P . The specs are not too different from last year. Had to do a bit of maintenance on the gearbox and quite a bit of paint repair. Also painted the interior blue. But Pro3 cams, 52mm ITBs and cabletucking is basically the new engine mods. Next year the engine will get a overhaul and new high cp pistons...unless engine explodes on dyno, maybe too much vtec sauce :) Nice, SPA track is in belgium...would love to go there! :D
I am currently in the process of getting my hands on a B20B JDM at the moment, I already have a B16 tranny in my 4th gen civic EF hatch from my old set up that blew because of an oil leak which is now rod knocking (tried to catch it before it happened, but now I take it as a blessing in disguise). Also already have a B16 with stock GSR cams, I'm looking around in search of more affordable, but well made cams. Any suggestions? I understand you are using Pro3's, just was wondering if you had any other options you looked at before you stepped up to the Pro3. My EF's weight is really good for this set up, basically gutted except for back seats and a passenger seat. I'll be doing a video this summer on the back roads in the western foothills of the Sierra Nevada in California when I get my hands on some new suspension (F&F Type 2's). Surely would love to hear more about your set up. Unfortunately my EF can't be as loud as your beast of a civic due to the serious amounts of police attention here in California, but nonetheless with my B16A vtec, race headers, no cat and magnaflow muffler the vtec crossover was very prominent. I'll likely have my B20B in the next 3 weeks. Never knew what I was getting myself into until I came upon B20 VTEC youtube videos, it makes me proud to see these are such well respected builds! My old set up was jaw dropping to most of my competition, but this surely will make them crap their pants. Cheers to the small B20 VTEC community across the world. These older engines are the true colors of Honda.
+Supersupra87 ok lets get back to the basics ... nothing wrong choosing a hella big cam ..but well this is a "circuit" car you wont be in 8k-9k+ in all the track , you need some blast coming out of that corner you need better response . pro 3s shure gonna get big numbers but at the final of the graph only , you need horsepower inmediatley you press that throtel what im saying is with that cam youare sacrifying valve train for nothing else that some gain maybe at 7k 8k+. ok lett me be clear its your choice but ive seen these a lot ...
Okay, your first post was very confusing :D . But i get what you are saying and you might be right about that. ive had tuner 2 cams, Pro2 and now pro3 cams. And i do prefer the Pro3s on the track so far. I dont feel that the lower range is much of a problem. Because im usually out of vtec range in the corners. Im not a pro driver or a hardcore trackday person, i like to have fun and just to learn the car. And i do use the car for dragrace and cruising too. (too and from the track) :)
tuner 2 and 3 are smaller than pro 3. s2s2 is a better cam than s2s3 is. the tuner series isn't that great of a lineup to be honest. especially once you've degreed them and found out their true .050 numbers. I have a custom cam coming out that'll walk over s2s2 while being slightly smaller.
+SI RICKO I will feed them steak! they fucking love steak! Yeah, im building a custom intake and a hood intake/scoop, a bit tricky..but it should be fine or at least much better. Im well aware about the problem with B-series, heat and ITB´s. But i love the sound of itb´s, thats the main reason i went with it...again.
+SI RICKO what? man i promise you almost never make any sense. you watch too many videos and you have almost 0 knowledge of engine dynamics. the itbs dont have to face the opposite way to make power. stick to scavenging to get power from non vtec engines.
what a pleasant noise your car makes. sounds very healthy. great job!
Nice dash, call me crazy but I'd rather turn the key to start. Great video & a lot of dedication to the car. good job

Finally you are back!😋
Cant wait to hear what the specs are 👍

I like the time on the clock when he first starts it
You’re so high that 9 looks like 0..
love the teg dash in egs
Sorry for finding this sooner. But do you remember what injectors you ran for your itbs?
Pretty sure it was Precision 650cc.
just subscribed to you nice build man ‼️ has a insanely nice vtec cross over
Very Nice car n Setup!!
Can't wait to hear this beast!
Goid job🔥💪👍💯

Nice color
Sounds awesome player.Fu%# the haters :D
First one to watch no hate please just a car guy thing.. Haha
thought it was a dc at first
How wheel hp n what size pistone u run?
nice swap
i dont know too much , but i know for sure some tunner 2s maybe 3s would multiply gains x2 in all the graph .. imo
What ? what would i gain to downgrade to tuner cams ?

+Supersupra87 awesome ! hope you had the prefect combo, and beautiful work thats very interesting and sounds like fun .

damn thats cleano lol
The fuel pump sounds beefy
Ohh... i think you mistake it for the radiator fan noise. The fuelpump is just a Walbro 255L. Not loud at all :)
What's the point if running itb's if your not gonna feed them ?

vtecnegro85 Dude please stfu you sound stupid ANd It's clear to see you don't know what i'm talking about i don't know how. Shit is sad
Wait a second is that a civic with integra dash or am I tripping
TRAXXAS TMAXX 2.5R yes
What oil are you running to reduce wear?
+Seng Vang if you have a modded engine and live in hotter climate, use redline 5w30, 0w-40, or mobil 1 0w40 oil.
I have had great results using Amsoil with my Honda engines. check them out.
Mussh Wins yes amsoil SSO is a great oil.
another great oil for street use is Quaker State Defy 10w-30 SL formulaton, not sure about SN.
Pls tell me the color code is this supersonic blue?
The color is Captiva Blue B-62p (stock/original color)
how much power u pushing>????
you tuned it already ?
What muffler is that?
superstreetperformance.co.uk, spoon copy / catback.
at what rpm will be redline?
+marsel76 8600
+Supersupra87 nice)))))
Details on the pistons you are running?
Wath pistón , cr ?
You shouldn’t be doing the first start on e85 it’s running super duper lean lol
shooting for 300 hp?
No, too much work to reach 300hp with a B-series. Rather go turbo since this is a track/circuit car. Need reliability :)
Little lean isnt she
Yes, but The E85 isn't always consistent in every gas station. I did not have a flex fuel sensor atm.
Dat fake Mugen valve cover doe
ohh yeah its fake, maybe i should spend an insane amount of money on a valvecover to gain exactly 0hp!
+Supersupra87 im just messin, clean eg btw 😁
