I was waiting for this! I didn't know how to properly condition myself for Tricking so I just did some all-around conditioning but hopefully this will make me more focused on what's important for Tricking. Thank you so much as always! My Tricking wouldn't have been at the level it's at if it weren't for you and my "real-life" coach :D
i just found your channel and i wanted to say ITS GOLD! Your Videos are Great and well to understand for me! i will work out hard to stay healthy and my dream was always to do tricking. Keep up that good work!
Conditioning is more so about heart rate. Aerobic endurance, anaerobic lactic and anaerobic alactic output. Basically how long you can put out before you get tired. The resistance part of it is strength.
Thanks dude, gunna start doing this every day along with working on my flexibility every day, hopefully I won’t pull any more muscles and feel sore so much. It should help. I also will include jump rope because it’s very good for you and I enjoy the exercise.
So cool. I've been doing capoeira conditioning. It has taken me a long way in such a short time, wish I'd gotten into it when I first got into tricking. I love both...and I love your videos. Thanks for this
It is individual. the best advise I can give is listen to your body. If you are sore, then stretch. If you feel good, then warm up and session. Conditioning is something I like to build into my daily routine but everyone is different. Listen to your body and you cant go wrong.
Hey Brendan, First, thanks for that great video! I really needed this. I wanna know if you’re just picking a couple exercises of those for your daily routine or are you doing the whole program every day? Cheers dude!
I’m really thankful for this tutorial and I will definitely start conditioning though my hip flexors are really weak and often hurst. So my kicks ain’t that good. Thanks a lot!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
can you do a cork s/t cork video sometime? I know that there are a lot of them already out there but i find that your tutorials really click with me and I have learnt heaps watching them.

I needed this, I've been off tricking for a week now due to injury. This will keep me occupied for the time being. Thanks so much!

I’m a complete beginner and was wondering, how many times should I condition a week, and how many reps and sets should I do?
so perfectly timed! I was just thinking about giving my body a short break from high impact tricking to do some conditioning.
Yeah! tricking is mean to the body!
Thx!
Very detailed video, thanks brenden!
Thanks for watching!

As a side note, the background song at 2:00 sounds like a jazz/rnb remix of a song sung by Otsuka Ai. If anyone likes jpop...
How many reps do you do for each exercise?
Should wr condition everyday?
@4.00 how many of those do you have to do it?
