This brings me back to old big soell mage in Alterac Valley. Running the 2-drop mailbox dancer for the coin swapping, now instead of playing with your opponents coinpurse you're playing with your own.
Timers should be shorter but extended by animations because holy shit some archetypes are almost unplayable just because you're waiting for a feature length film to conclude before you can take your next action.
@@kingjezza6567not only should they not eat into your opponents turn, they shouldn’t be mandatory at all. There should be an option in the strings to turn them off altogether.
@@oxtailsoup6493 wouldn't work... you would still need to wait until your opponents turn'/animations to have finished for you turn to start so you'd be staring at an dead screen..... Blizzard shows once again that big brain of theirs. How can you fuck something up this bad EVERY EXPANSION OR SET is beyond me. Its almost like they are doing random shit without ever thinking about the ramifications.
@@percyvile Yeah, that's why that's the highest winrate deck right now, with mage being the highest winrate class overall. And people hit rank 1 legend with this. "Inconsistent"
I have played hearthstone in many different eras of the game but this tsunami card with the conman is just legit the most cancerous thing i have ever seen.
Who would have guessed that Portalmancer Skyla was gonna be broken... Especially when coins are in the mix.... Its obvious. Guess im not playing Hs for a bit, do not want to keep playing against these scam decks there was already too many of them.
Legitimately though.. rogue tourist for mage alone would be very strong.. the tourist’s effect however completely destabilizes the strategy when you can get a turn tsunami and then repeat the next turn with the rogue pirate.. I’m not one who normally complains on these fronts but this one is definitely outside of reasonable ‘very powerful’ range
My issue with these "Big" decks is they are such a snooze-fest to watch as a spectator. Like Regis says at the end of the video, your deck either "does the thing" in the first 5 turns and your opponent concedes, or you sputter out and roll over to Aggro or give Control the time it needs to assemble all its removal. There's so little happening in the way of interesting decisions. I get that they're popular, because people love cheating out big threats, but the games are *so* samey.
20:45 - Sigh… Like all games, HS is not “true random.” You could think of it like, in this case, it is never “all standard 10 costs.” It is “all of a list of X of standard 10 costs” where the list of X changes based on factors we do not know. It is clear though that time and date are two of them. I don’t understand how so many people have played this game this long and have never noticed that the random mechanics tend a certain way if you play multiple games in a short amount of time. It is move than confirmation bias would have it happen. TL;DR: there is always a smaller pool than the pool stated on a card that says “summon a random” or “get a random” something.
You're the real tourist this expac. Stop making hs content
I'm naming tomorrow's deck after you. Everybody stay tuned.

Yikes buddy.
I spent 1 hr to think why should people comment nonsense thing like this and still cannot think of any reason. May be this is beyond my comprehension😂

Yesss i love that deck

yeah some of the animations are absurdly long but no matter their length, they shouldn't take up time from your opponents turn.

“When I do the thing that’s insane it’s gonna be like two minutes”. I understand 😂
They made bad cards, bad tourist and zero rogue sinergy on warlock because they were afraid of Tess Rogue
Only to break the game if one mage card
Sinful synergy
Big Spell Mage is now everything Wishing Well Rogue aspires to be.
that UI box is from deck tracker, it's to show on-going effects like Helya, Odin, or effects that persist through turns like Sea Shill

20:44 So... Gémeo2 is our hero, by conceding he saved Regis Hearthstone channel!
Yeah, a cheap tsunami is great and all, but how do you counter a 10 mana coin?
Nothing in hearthstone should ever cost zero ever. Make the coin 1 cost gain 2 mana for a turn.
I called it in the video where you reviewed these cards!! I knew this would be a good deck
Good but inconsistent

@@percyvile It was good but inconsistent with Surfalopod. The new version with Skyla is cracked.
It’s not just you man I simply only get the stupid location 8/8 off volley
When will they learn that anything costing 0 is busted ( I had to edit to mention the penguin)
Nothing in hearthstone should ever cost zero mana. Make the coin 1 cost gain two mana crystals for a turn.
They won't be learning that lesson, ever.
I ALSO CANT GET ANYONE BUT THAT 8/8 MAN
Oh god mage stone the only way I’ve found to beat the mages off is with plague DK. I’m guessing faster decks can do it also
Beating off the mages ? 🤨🤨 (I'm sorry)
Pirate DH smashes this deck

I was playing a big spell mage deck before it was cool, but with the new tourist and package is really dumb.

Remember when turn 4 Chillwind yeti 4/5 was not bad?

Regis still tapped in bruh
as per usual mana cheat is very good!
We need a new art for this card please
Double conman all the way across the sky
What does it mean?
Nom scary skyla?
The first time they revealed portalmaster i immediately thought of Coin and Tsunami. Now they released the expansion i love playing turn 5 tsunami

No it's just confirmation bias.
You sound like someone trying too hard to sound smart but has never passed a statistics course in your life.

Yeah, it's broken. Everybody, just play this deck. Especially on diamond. I really wants to hit legend this month
