    I eat 6 roasted badam because I also eat seeds and 2 handful peanuts. I like peanuts. Please make video on it.

    I ate 30 gms of almond and body heat increased, head pain started, from nostrils very hot air was passing and eyes were having burning sensation.
    I had soaked the almonds. Tried this multiple time but for me it doesn't work

    There are many myths of consuming Almonds 1st myth that consuming Almonds aftersoaking overnight and taking out the skin but the skin of Almonds contain finer 28 GMs of Almonds contains 6%carbohydrates,3%fiber and fiber is very important for gut system for constipation for proper digestion so Almonds must be taken in full form Next mythis that Almonds produce heat in BODY BUT it is not true Almonds does not have a tendency of cooling or heat producing A handful off Almonds helps in preventing pre DIABETES or DIABETES IT helps in preventing insulin resistance Third myth is that consuming Almond increase cholesterol BUT Almonds or any plant sources does not increase cholesterol cholesterol is increased by trans fats ,or excess carbohydrates Next mythe ONLY 3 to 4 Almonds must be consumed but 28 gms of Almonds can be considered per day Next mythe is consuming Almonds increases weight but Almonds does not increase wt 28gms of Almonds contains 117caloris consuming Almonds helps to maintain wt. because it contains good fats which GIVES FEELING of fullness andso intake of food becomes less Next mythe iS ALMONDS MUST BE CONSUMED ONLY IN MORNING BUT THIS IS WRONG ALMONDS CAN BE CONSUMED ANY TIME Thanks sir for sharing such good information

      Agar samose kabhi bhi kha sakte hai mathian kabhi bhi kha sakte hai to fruits aur dry fruits bhi kha sakte hai

    Sir i dont agree with you on first 2 points, soaking almonds always helps them digest better, esp when eaten in large quantity. Same with walnuts and other nuts. It maybe that ppl like you arent sensetive to the antinutrients present in nuts.

      If you are sensitive that doesn't mean everyone should eat soaking it. You need to improve your gut health. Work on it. Good luck.
