I ate 30 gms of almond and body heat increased, head pain started, from nostrils very hot air was passing and eyes were having burning sensation. I had soaked the almonds. Tried this multiple time but for me it doesn't work

Sir i dont agree with you on first 2 points, soaking almonds always helps them digest better, esp when eaten in large quantity. Same with walnuts and other nuts. It maybe that ppl like you arent sensetive to the antinutrients present in nuts.

If you are sensitive that doesn't mean everyone should eat soaking it. You need to improve your gut health. Work on it. Good luck.
