I am so happy for you as someone who has been there through first watching you on cimorelli and then you getting married to watching you struggle in so many different areas these past few years. I'm so excited that you are making lasting changes and not just expecting your life to look completely different overnight. I'm so inspired that I think I might finally workout myself more consistently!
i'm almost 25 and so far my 20's have been about just trying things and seeing what does and doesn't work for me. there's no timeline to figure it out! take it day by day and trust the process and your intuition. we know what's best for us deep down, sometimes it's just a matter of learning to listen and not being afraid to take risks. love watching you grow dani

I think one reason why the 9-5 helped you was bc of the structure! ADHD people need structure and a jobs can do that!

100000%. I have ADHD and I find I am doing the best when I have structure. When left to my own devices, nothing happens because I forget lol

Dani, I want to tell you how much this inspired me. During the summer time, I tried to get a consistent schedule going but it never worked out, and ever since then I've just been settling for less... Yeah, ik... It's bad lol. But now that you've uploaded this, I feel so much better about myself and I think I might be ready to finally make changes again!?!?

I’m currently reading a book called Atomic Habits, and a main theme so far is making small changes/ditching old habits. Reading has really helped me ditch my flop mindset! Loved this life update 💕

Hi Dani!! That's amazing that you go to the gym now!! I'm a certified personal trainer, and I tell my clients all the time that going to the gym actually releases serotonin and dopamine. Those are chemicals in your body that make me feel good!! I go to the gym at 4AM in the morning and then see clients all day because working out is important to me!! I hope this helps!!
