    Ellie I am very new here, both to you (caught you on ADHD Chatter a couple of weeks back) and to the space (recently AuDHD diagnosed in *cough 'late 30's').
    Just wanted to say these videos are brilliant. I swear you must be doing a competiton of 'how many things can I say in one video that just HIT.'
    Two particular highlights from me - People can be NeuroD and separate to that, arseholes. My brother always says 'its an explanation, not an excuse' when ND's blame their diagnosis for their shitty behaviour. Plus also the addiction stuff. I am a recovering gambling addict, 20yrs clean now, and I've always known I never cured the addiction, just moved it to more socially acceptable things. And I now know why, as its how my brain is wired.
    So please keep showing up for these however you feel comfortable to, they rock!

    20:57 I think Number 7 is the most heartbreaking fact to accept, that the alienation is going to continue, and it's not easy to find 'green flags' in other people. 😓
