    Thanks for the video. Nearly all of these movements are in the library:
    Squat w/ Row, Reverse fly (slightly different angle), straight arm pulldown, X pulldown variations (from kneeling positions).
    For each of these, the demo video of the coach on Tonal would be helpful for all the people who take your recommendations to incorporate these or similar moves into their training.
