I live about an hour from Cape Cod and am lucky enough to be able to buy North Atlantic Lobster right from the pound. The way I cook lobster was taught to me by an old "salty" about 50 years ago. In a big pot I put about an inch of water and a full can of a nice hearty beer. Not any of that Lite garbage. I favor Heineken. Anyway I steam it/them the normal way, but I test for doneness by giving an antenna a slight tug. If it pops out easily, it's done Then, like most New Englanders it's straight butter, clarified if you can take the time, and sometimes lemon. The results are the sweetest, tenderest "Larry" you've ever tasted. After watching you, I might start with the garlic, fresh or salt Not in the pot, but in the butter. You should try it sometimes this way of cooking them sometime. Some of those nice dark beers I see on TV being poured at the pub would be perfect. I'll be watching for it!

Guernsey looks like such a wonderful place to live. Quiet. Clean. Beautiful weather. I was surprised to see palm trees growing there in my research of your home. Beautiful. I will have to visit and go foraging some time. Have you been able to get any crab pots out with this quarantine? Doing another live show tomorrow? I missed today. What happens if you are out more than 2 hours? How is that enforced?

I’ve only left house 3 times in 2 months hubby been doing all shopping while I stay at home with kids cus we’re on stage 3 restrictions so I love these vids and streaming them to tv I just love smash FISHING foraging love all the infor but we got no beaches like this were I am in Victoria Australia just lots of sand but still love them would love to know what’s on our beaches

dude multiple seizures? you need to go to the hospital. though the hospitals arent the safest place right now but you need a doctor.

Great vids. Where I go here in north devon I have to take a 4 foot and a 7 foot gaff and some of the holes the 7 foot won't reach the lobsters
