The contestants in this episode were very intelligent people...gave very good clues for the most part ! And of course Polly and Raymond were no slouches either.... THANKS for sharing this fun episode ! :-)
Raymond Burr was a quiet studious dramatic actor which is why he was perfect for the 'Perry Mason' role. I actually think he was happy to be this particular Password Show since his parents were there and other family members in the audience.
Tarn Sand : I've read he had a great sense of humor and played jokes on fellow cast members all the time, including putting farm animals in Barbara Hale's dressing room. RIP Raymond: A class act through and through.
Agent Fungus That doesn't surprise me at all. Barbara did say he loved being around friends. Many people imagine actors to be exactly like their characters when many times they are complete opposite. Thanks for sharing☺
Tarn Sand : Mr. Burr was always fun on game shows from that era. He really enjoyed himself. That cast from Perry Mason had a great chemistry. He and his partner bred orchids and started a winery, which is still going strong today. Classy gentleman!
I bet execs were a bit nervous when Polly said that winning was in hi contract. After all, this wasn't long after the quiz cheating scandles. Alan was probably at least semi-serious in his "you'll get us in trouble" line.

I love the dresses the ladies are wearing. Simple but elegant.
It's not he does not want to be there, but the difficulty of coming up with one word hints. Every variation was fun.
Raymond Burr wad smart , missed him
It was generous of Alan to give the contestant "smile".
Ray must be the most nonchalant password player ever.
He really loosened up when he got the right clue/word though.
Muito Obrigada🙋♀️🙏💖🇵🇹🍀🍒🦅
Raymond loved it when the guy from Salt Lake City moved over to his side and was so touchy feely .
Seriously??
In America today, most people can't find France on a globe.
It's funny to see how strict Allen Luden was with the game.
Justice. Lol!!
I heard someone say "pale" in the audience!
That's weird, I came up with the same clue for Jolly as Polly did.

shows moved slower bak then, more chat, nice
Too bad the color has been lost.
How can you not say "mean" for "cruel"?
