- Russian President Vladimir Putin told the new U.S. ambassador to Russia, Lynne Tracy, that the support America showed for a revolution in Ukraine in 2014 led to the current conflict between Moscow and Kyiv.
He made the comments during a Kremlin ceremony on Wednesday in which Tracy and other ambassadors were formally presenting their diplomatic credentials to Putin.
Putin went on to say that relations between the U.S. and Russia were in a "deep crisis" that was "based on fundamentally different approaches to the formation of the modern world order."
He added that Russia was open to a constructive partnership with every country and would not isolate itself, and that it had no hostile intentions towards anyone.

Didn't start that war was more there as protectors we didn't invade the country. Desert storm we were there protecting Kuwait from Iraq invasion. War on terrorism was the Iraq Afghan war which with isis spilled into Syria. None of these were invasion to take over and claim for our own. When Ukraine goes on the offensive it will be decisive and take back large amounts of territory as they did in Kharkiv and Kherson offensives. A real offensive is something the Russian military is completely incapable of seeing them bogged down in Bakhmut for months.
