When I saw the dining room on the parlor level and realized the kitchen was on a whole other level I was like heck no, I dont want to be schlepping food or dirty dishes up or down stairs. But I liked the bedrooms so I kept watching. Then you went to the garden level and I thought that's the best kitchen I have ever seen in one of these tours and that sitting room would become the dining room lol. This ended up being one of my favourite houses you have toured to date. Well done 👏
I would also have the dining room next to the kitchen. They cut up the main level too much I think and should have had it more open but thats just my opinion.
This is gilded era-early industrial building, kitchen always on "under the stairs" level joining with maid quarter So the restoration actually did very well
This house is beautiful with so much character and original features. The neighborhood looks real nice also. You would have to like climbing stairs to live here though!
Yes it’s gorgeous!! I can picture a young couple with kids living here. A child would have tons of room to play! Parents would have tons of storage room! It’s perfect!
All your videos from start to finish are awesome…… but I can’t be the only one who goes crazy when y’all get to the cellar and just pan it then leave. More in depth cellar coverage please, just asking😌
Beautiful pics

I’m thinking the people who “staged” the house chose to do that. No homeowner would do that long term.
You can decorate it exactly as you like. A baby grand piano would be perfect in that “ dinningroom” space.

The best house tour I've ever seen!! Your show every corner of the house!! Congrats!
Beautiful home and love the song.
Love the restoration of the natural wood. Beautiful Brownstone...💕
Such a beautiful house in a beautiful neighborhood!
Gorgeous. I especially love the kitchen that’s way downstairs. I’m not into open concept. Especially in renovated homes.
I always wondered what these look like on the inside. How beautiful.
do you know where it is located
Lovely
Love the original staircase and mirror .The best part of the house was downstairs ..all in all it is beautiful .
Thank you for a nice smooth trip.
Beautiful woodwork!
Wow... its beautiful 😍 ❤
If the house could talk, imagine all the stories it could tell about the changes in the neighborhood.
Beautiful house
Nice home, and music...sounds like Vince Gualradi
Nice!!! Question 🙋♀️ what camera are you using? NYC🇹🇹
Thanks for your question! This was filmed with an iPhone 12.
