The amount of haters in these comments is sad. Mark changed my life. Following his advice got me 70 lbs lighter and at 43 I’m constantly told I look at least 10 years younger. Yes his lifestyle is an awesome luxury most of us can’t emulate but we can take the principles and apply them. Excuses will just keep you stuck. So will jealousy and envy. Take what applies to you and leave the rest.

CONGRATS ON YOUR PHYSICAL TRANSFORMATION, BUT YOU WILL SEE AS YOU GET FUTHER DOWN THE ROAD YOUR NEEDS WILL CHANGE AND YOU WILL WANT BETTER "QUALITY" CONTENT THAT SUITS YOUR CONSTANTLY CHANGING PHYSICALLITY AND FIND THAT UNREALISTIC SNAKE OIL DOESN'T WORK FOR YOU OR YOUR LIFE STYLE. Anyone who mentions TRT is revealing his own lazy mindset. Basically Anyone who is doing better than them must be cheating. It's what poor people falsely claim about rich people. If you call everyone a cheater it reveals your base desire to cheat

Mark you are a credit to helping us all age. I will be 70 in April and like you have always lived a fitness lifestyle. I swim, bike and lift light weights almost every day.
I follow all the protocols from diet to intermittently fast.
No we don't like losing our strength and endurance but take away is, we can do better than the rest with discipline and all the while, live life to its fullest.
God Bless and thanks for spreading the fitness word.

Thanks for the tips, Mark! And looking good! I was a cardio fitness equipment product manager for 8 years, 2 years in cycling and have tried almost every fitness/exercise fad - and was an avid MDA listener! Now I work from home as a project manager. I haven't had a workout routine in 2 years, and honestly I feel like body needed the break as I've been highly active/physical since my teens and allow my injured back recover a bit (feels great actually). I've been maintaining my weight/physique by IMF 18/6 but its time to get back into the swing of things. This video may have motivated me! Love the idea of PLANKS ONLY as I have a very bad lower back so cruches/etc I need to avoid - and hate doing abs :) Greetings from the UP of Michigan!

He should indeed know for himself whether he uses TRT and the like, but then it doesn't deserve any respect. TRT does all the work, the man himself does not. It would deserve respect if he would still train, but 100% natural. Of course he would then have much less muscle mass and would have to seek motivation from self-discipline, but then it would be a special achievement.

Love the commenters that are 40 yrs younger dissing on this man because they can’t get to his fitness level even at their age. The same guys that praise bodybuilders that juice 5 days a week and die at 35 yr old. Why do I say this? Because I met Mark at a fitness symposium in Hawaii 6 yrs ago. I competed against him in 3 different triathlons 40 yrs ago. He literally looks like he could still compete if he wanted to. I still compete in masters events and I don’t use Testosterone, but if I did, so what. Women wear makeup to improve looks, get plastic to be considered attractive , and guys get hair implants because of vanity. Mark lives a healthy lifestyle and promotes good fitness practices. So if you think you can do better, go out and prove it.

Don't kid yourself, this guy's on TRT lol. Mid 30s isn't that old. Get into the gym and do compound lifts 3x a week. Aim for a high protein diet with lean meats (1g of protein per lb of desired bodyweight). Keep up the boxing and yoga. Depending on how heavy you are, you may need to reduce overall calories or simply body recomp. Also maintain adequate water intake and aim to walk for an hour everyday. Good luck.

there is no extra benefit holding a plank more than 1 minute. Next time you are in your plank think about squeezing your elbows towards each other hard. You should be shaking and only last 10 seconds tops if done right. That is all you need. or do a 8 point plank (easier on shoulders) just add knees to floor and fingers on ground like playing the piano. Now squeeze your elbows toward your knees and knees toward elbows while also pressing your fingers into floor. Much harder and safer btw. again 10 seconds tops.... or a few breaths Take it for what its worth.

It seams like you have Hyper Activity Syndrome / Disorder. You move around all the time and thats why you burn fat. Normal people don't do what you do because they not hyper like you. Normal people also have other important things on their daily routines which keeps them away from exercise and gym etc. So you have the advantage of being a hyper active person by default. You very fortunate to have that type of ability . . . naturally. It's in your genes.
