First time playing this game was 1998. did use all the mentas & buffout that i was able to find.

Don’t do drugs kids
Cheap trick is to use the drugs only in key situations and reload every time so you don't get overdosed
I've been playing OG Fallout recently for the first time after being grown up on Bethesda fallout from 3-NV-4 to fallout shelter, but playing the 1st game is awesome and sheds a whole new light on the franchise and lore that I never saw before, I love it, and can't wait, I hope, to download fallout 2, its so hard to play these games for many people these days
Enjoy them as much as you can, I'm right at the end of fallout 2 and I'm completely in love

Fallout 1 is probably my favorite game in the series becouse it nails down the atmosphere and th story perfectly. Its also a very well balanced games in terms of rpg mechanics

After playing baldur’s gate 3 I’ve gotten a new appreciation for isometric games. That being said, I’d love to see a fallout 4 based remaster of fallout 1 and 2.

I replayed you destroying the overseer, well over 100 times(at 0.25, 0.75and 1.0 speed) on account that I thought it severe BS(canonically) speaking that the overseer thought it a good idea to excommunicate you. F the overseer, may he rot forever. I genuinely hate him. Thank you for bringing me joy and closure.

Csnt stand aliens in fallout. They were a joke! (love the jokes about them in f1, f2, NV and Nuka World however). But adding them as anything but jokes is bad.
I bought f1 on accident because store was sold out for diablo 1 hellfire. It took me 2 years to finish the game, find the final boss. Then fallout 2, tactics, f3, vegas and f4. Didnt buy f76. F1 and f2 are on top of my games
You should look into Fallout 76. I'm 33, and I grew up on Fallout. I played this when I was like 10 after it came out, and I grew up loving it and getting into the lore.
Sure, Fallout 76 should have baked in development solely for bug fixes for a solid year longer. It released in such a terrible technical state and that was not okay. HOWEVER, it never "had no story".
Even before NPCs, there was a metric butt-ton of lore. Fallout 1 takes place 86 years after the bombs fall, and 76 takes place like 26 or 27 years after the bombs fell. In 76, you get pre-war lore, during-war lore AND immediate post-war lore. There are so many stories and things to learn in 76. Even before NPCs.
AT LAUNCH, there were more unique voice acted lines of dialogue than Fallout 3 and 4 COMBINED. So there was still a lot there. It was just that the narrative delivery was just different. (1/2)
But I digress. The game has gone through expansion after expansion, massive game-changing update after game-changing update, has the NPCs that the normies want, and genuinely has fixed like everything wrong with it. It's gone through No Man's Sky level redemption.
In March we are getting Atlantic City part 2, with a major questline multiple faction quests etc., and then sometime this year we are also getting a major base-map expansion to the South with a whole new major questline more faction questlines etc. This year is going to be huge!!! (2/2)
