How about Rockstar's 'Manhunt'? It's quite brutal, but the voice over performance of Brian Cox (before 'Succession') commenting on the stealth kills makes up for it and creates a real, gloomy vibe. He's an amazing actor. I got a voice acting background and the vocal training itself was really tough, sometimes without noticeable results for months but actors like him or the late Kevin Conroy are a great impulse to not give up - I was almost a face of Leon in those new RE games :)
I remember there being a Punisher game for PS2 that had some pretty nasty kills/interrogations/intimidations.

I did my ever first playthrough in September 2023. Yes, the dialogue is mid, but the gameplay mechanics is incredible in comparison to New Vegas.
(And I’m talking about the base games, NO MODS)
My favorite death in all of Fallout has to be the "prank" you pull on Seargent Crenshaw in New Vegas.
I'm more partial to booting General Oliver from atop the dam myself.
Which death is this? I'm currently playing New Vegas and I'm almost finishing the game for the first time, last month I bought it and the 3 + DLCs on sale, as I was hyped for the series Live action and the only games in the franchise that I had played before were 4 and 76.

@@joaocarlospaesjr2324 It's not the main line legion quest. You have to talk to Vulpus at the tent, do a quest regarding the Omertas at Vault 21, and then talk to him again.

@DoctorER in the Fallout series you actually have the wonder drug which comes in a syringe called Stimpax which is a cure all for physical injury and infection/poisoning. Unrealistic but a cool bit of Fallout lore regardless

С момента падения бомб прошло 210 лет, что уже вызывает вопрос "что из набора первой помощи могло сохраниться за 210 лет не герметичного хранения"?
Радиация, не стоит забывать, что долгое время был повышенный радиационный фон, из-за чего ряд лекарственных средств без серьезного хранения, мог облучиться, что дополнительно могли изменить их свойства.
Хотя вспоминая, как главный герой может выйти на поверхность и спокойно найти еду, которая не испортилась за столь долгий срок, можно даже не пытаться оперировать к логике. (даже на саму упаковку не дают такой срок, за еду уже и вовсе никто не даст никакой гарантии)
радиация могла убить бактерии,так что и гниения могло не быть ведь оно зависит от них,иначе будет уже не тухлятина,а сухарь

Не говоря уже о том, что клетки из которых состоит пища, сами со временем могут распадаться, а столь сложные структуры в консервах невозможно сохранить, если только полностью не убить микрофлору внутри и снаружи, однако жрать пищу с формалином, такая себе затея.

@@user-ih8vd9ho7k =_= зависит от дозы и мощности гамма потока. Можно облучить таким потоком частиц, что ничто не выживет, даже клетки дохнут. (таким способом дезинфицируют медицинские вещи: маски/перчатки/халаты и тд, их просто облучают дозой частиц, при этом сами они остаются вполне целыми и их радиоционный если и меняется, то крайне быстро приходит в норму)
Тут не то, что микрофлору всю убьют, тут сами клетки еды/медикаментов будут разрушены. (ибо такая доза облучения, это всё равно что человек в чистом поле попадает под дождь, только дождь из пуль)
Но вот беда, при таком колоссальном облучении, быстрее материал упаковки облучится и вот он, будет фонить дай боже. (стекло может получить синий цвет как посуда Кюри, металл стать дико хрупким, бумага выгорает, а пластик и резины, распадаются в труху от свет озонового старения, про поток частиц и вовсе молчу.)

For those who don't know
The reason the one enemy hit with a machete casually exploded was because of a perk called Bloody Mess which gives bonus damage as well as a chance for the enemy to explode, with the damage increase going up with each rank of the perk
There's also another perk that can cause them to blow up, which is rank 4 cap collector, which can cause enemies to explode into bottlecaps
Doctor finds out that radiation is not always deadly. But it can mutate human while human survives in the zone of nuclear wasteland. And he will be surprised that Ghoul is human mutated by radiation. Not Super Mutant, a human mutated by the special chemistry named FEV.
The second one (the blunt trauma), the weapon has several rebars sticking out at the front some it should have penetrative properties too.

I would love to see you react to several of the injuries in the NEW AMAZON FALLOUT TV SHOW. At one point a guy has his Foot blasted off above the ankle. I would really like to know what the actual effect of such an injury would do. It happens in episode 2 shortly after the 40 minute mark.

2:00 you can't get a tourniquet on that,
ideally you need one joint between the injury and the tourniquet for it to function properly.
at least however there needs to be 4cm between the tourniquet and the injury as well as 4cm between the tourniquet and the nearest joint and since a tourniquet also needs to be at least 4cm wide, there is not enough stump left on that guy.

The gameplay was modded. Although there’s some vanilla aspects to it. Such as chem boxes and getting diseases (survival mode).

Try reviewing the outlast whistleblower dlc, it has some pretty extreme gore.
The evil within is another good option.

There also Mutated Monsters that once Humans or Animals (like a Giant Mutated Bug or a Freaky Centaur Monster with two Hunan Torso fused together with four Limbs on The Bottom and a Three very long Squid-like Tongue thing coming out from it’s mouth, there also a Famous Mutated Creature which is pretty much a Two-Headed Mutant Cow which is not technically a Monster it just weird)

It’s funny that in the show it shows true fallout logic by having a brotherhood member get shot in the neck with a arrow and not die and what’s more funny is that he questions how he’s not dead witch is the pinnacle of fallout injury logic
The reason he’s not dead is because he got turned into by the doctor. ghoul’s in the show are way more durable than normal humans. Were you paying attention? It’s not a joke about unrealistic health bars.
@@The_official_Roman_Empire Not really durable but have an incredible healing rate. Also their organs just "pop into their place" after blunt injuries. Like in Fallout 2 when you hit a ghoul with a car and the bumper got up in his ass(literally) he is just walk away after you help him out from under the car, mentioning his organs will just pop back into their places.

If your foot bends you are probably going to die. Feet are supposed to be completely rigid.
On the topic of Bethesda Games, why not Skyrim, in the base game there not that many brutal injuries, but there are some mods that enhance the brutality of the injuries!
