Girls! Would you guys relax? One girl is asking Alessia to not say "OMG" Another is asking to not say "thinner". Girls these are excersise vids. Relax and enjoy, Alessia does an awesome job and she is lovely. As you guys have freedom of religion, she has freedom of expression, and saying that its a work out for thinner legs is not discrmination, it's an indication of what the vid is about. Relax! Alessia, ur great thank you for ur time and dedication. ❤

Hell ya !! Some ppl just get their panties in a bunch over nada. To me working out these vids i something i do to improve my dancing first, then toning second. And alessia is a sweet girl and from the sounds of her videos she soumds like she supports all girls and ppl at different dance levels. Now i am 100 % for the love ur body campaigns. I know there are ppl w health conditions like thyroid disorders and others etc where they will never be pin thin even if they literally starve themselves and workout 24/7. But i think we can all strive to be healthy and this may sound cruel but carrying too much weight/fat on ur body particulary ur waist line is not only unsightly but most of all it can cause serious health conditions such as type 2 diabetes, heart attacks, etc... Not too mention pain osteoporosis lymphodema etc from too much weight for ur frame. U keep doing ur thing alessia !! We love you girl 😍😍

Hello everyone! First of all, thank you so much Alesia for posting this! :) I am a ballet dancer! and my legs are very bulky and I would like to lean them out, so I think this is JUST what I needed! :D second, I do wanna ask, is this to lean out the muscle and make your thighs slim, or is this to lean out the fat? Because what I have is muscle that I want to lean out. If anyone could please reply I would be very happy. thank you!

I think the shot should be closer. Otherwise, this is an effective basic ballet exercise. Even if you have no plans whatsoever to be a Prima Ballerina Absolutta at any time soon, you can get great mileage out of these. Thank you... uh, Lazy Dancer. Are these for all those fitness-focused or just the girls?

I think I didn't do this exercise right. I didn't feel the burn in my legs until the last part, that's where I think my body realized what I'm trying to do with it 😂 but it was hard to keep the right position. I'll try it again today.

@Gladys Do you have a reading comprehension problem? I had no problem with the term. I was responding to the person that did by suggesting that omg meant something else. Eventually I stated that the term was indeed used in its most common form. Nowhere did I comment on whether I approve of its use or not. That's not my place to do or my concern. Besides that fact, who are you to police the comments on someone else's channel? I don't even think an official moderator would make such a juvenile statement. Why don't you direct your comment to the person that had the problem with her statement.
