      Mullet brother, I was so focused on being THE GOAT, which hey, I'm in the convo being on Mt. Rushmore for bodybuilding. I've always answered emails, DMs and taken pics at expos and every place except a darn bathroom lol. I love the fans and I think the knowledge and wisdom acquired through my journey is far greater than 99.99% of social media. Let's keep this fun and exciting shall we.

    Nice shoulder workout Phil! I've started incorporating much more rear delt work into my shoulder days in the past year, and I can really tell the difference, not only in the way they look but also in my strength with overhead presses as well. So glad you are posting videos again bro. Thanks!!

    Phil, you're a complete legend. We would REALLY enjoy watching you compete att Mr Olympia again, it doesnt matter if you win or lose. We understand you've gotten older and your body isnt responding as it did before, so no pressure dude. But im sure you still would get in extremely good shape and make the others run for their money - but ofcourse we never count you out. Good to see vids from you champ.     So much to learn about from a Mr O who had the greatest shoulders in my Opinion! I love to train shoulders heavy and also more on repetition and drop sets to shock the muscle.

    Hey Phil! After I started to really train my rear delts more with your tips around year ago when you did collab with Will Tennyson. And now I finally have really decent shoulders :D I still need to train my rear delts more for more impressive 3d look. But those tips that you gave there really really helped me. Ill try to implement these tips as well.

    Phil, Big fan. I hope you show us how you do not get injured in your career in the Olympia. Aside from the hernia you never got injured with rotator cuffs, Knees or muscle tears
    It will help people a lot. Thanks Champ

      Yes the hernia started at birth and I had a repair at age 3 then with BBall and Bodybuilding it turned into 3 hernias. I did have a torn mcl for the last 2 years and never knew as pain was normal for me lol I just had stem-cell last year and that knee is fixed, thank God. I really watch my form and take my time and that is why I never suffered any major muscle injuries.

    The crazy thing is people probably don't realize the reason he has mastered shoulder development, aside from the fact that he is an individual who excels in endeavours he starts, is because his no/tri/forearm development is so otherworldly his delts needed to be hecka capped to keep symmetry in his arms (which includes forearms, bis, tris, anddddd shoulders).

    @Phil Heath Do you think deltoid muscle fibers are more likely to grow with more reps, rather than more weight and low reps?

      I believe in higher volume for deltoids but also considering periodization with heavier weights at times.
