Love your recipe. I've made twice now but 30mins cooking time is never enough I find. My oven is 2 years old so that's not the problem, I allow an extra 10 mins and that gives me a perfect yummy cake.

I made this cake yesterday was pretty good my husband love it instead of lemon juicy I used real orange juice and I didn't have a loaf cake pan that big so I used a round one..was delicious I will make this recipe again next time with lemons 😊greetings from Ontario Canada
