- This grandmother's recipe surprised everyone! I have never eaten such a delicious cake. Everyone will ask for the recipe. This original CHIFFON CAKE cake is very soft, quick to prepare and can literally be flavored with a thousand flavors…has a lovely soft texture, is a perfect dessert for breakfast or a snack! Moist, and delicious, just perfect. Delicious and simple cake recipe. Very light and quick cake. An easy and quick cake that everyone can make a cake recipe at everyone's doorstep with simple products.
Ingredients:
4 eggs (4 egg yolks + 4 egg whites)
70g +70g sugar (1/3 cup +1/3 cup)
2 tablespoons lemon juice 30ml
3 tablespoons of water 45ml
1/4 cup oil 60ml
1 cup+1/2 cup flour 160g
1 teaspoon of baking powder 7g
a pinch of salt
Shape 24cm
Bake 35-40 minutes at 170C
icing sugar

Je l' ai fait, il faut suivre la recette à la lettre !! Jamais biscuit n' a été aussi savoureux que celui-ci 🙄le citron donne à ce dernier un goût particulier et si léger qu' il fond en bouche. Merci mille fois pour cette recette.
